I had my first wax appointment with Aalya over a month ago, and must say it was the most effective treatment I've had in many years! She is a true professional, and really listened to me about my concerns and questions. I felt very comfortable within the first five minutes, which, for me, is the most important part of a great wax experience. Highly recommended!

I can't recommend Aalya enough! She is very professional and makes one feel very comfortable. The treatment room is always kept neat, clean and hygienic. She gives attention to detail and patiently listens to my concerns before perfectly completing intimate area waxing etc. Would give 10 stars if possible!

I go to Aalya for all my wax appointments. I love that she used hot wax. She is so friendly and does everything to make the session comfortable. There is always a program/film which helps distract me and takes your mind off the waxing! Genius!!! She pays attention to detail and I can’t fault anything! She’s very quick ti reply and was even able to get me in at short notice! I would HIGHLY recommend The Glow Room!!!

Brilliant experience. I was looking for somewhere to get a last minute holiday bikini, leg and armpit wax. I hadn’t had one in 4 years and had no recommendations. Looked on google reviews and found the glow room with amazing reviews and they weren’t wrong. Aalya was great, so welcoming, friendly and made me feel so comfortable in her home. Very professional but it was like id known her for years. Gave me advice on aftercare and suggestions of further wax appointments if needed. Was quick and virtually pain free which is definitely what you’d like for a wax. Would 100% recommend the glow room to any friends and will definitely be going again!
