Had a few treatments over the past three years without any issue however attended a few weeks ago for Botox treatment to three areas, I had azzalure to my forehead and eyes and Botox in my chin, this resulted in bad pigmentation following the treatment to my forehead and hairline by my ears, basically all areas needles were used to inject azzalure, I made a follow up appointment straight away when I noticed the issue however I was told it was nothing to do with the azzalure injections even though all pigmentation was in the exact areas the azzalure was injected, I just hope the pigmentation is not permanent. Just to clarify following the response from tinkable I had not been away following my last treatment or prior to attending when the pigmentation appeared, I hadn’t been away since 2022, I was shown pictures taken before this azzalure treatment apparently showing pigmentation however the skin appeared fine to me in the pics viewed and also just to confirm I always use SPF. To update (07/11/23) the issue has not improved now the azzalure has worn off and the pigmentation is still the same, further to this and Tinkable’s non factual response to the initial review I will be looking in to legal advise now.

I went to the Enville clinic and saw Charlotte for 3 areas of Botox. I had previously been to the Stourbridge clinic. The Enville clinic is beautiful and a lovely ride out. Charlotte was great. She listened to what I wanted from my results and discussed a different brand of Botox. She made me feel calm and comfortable and she is lovely to chat to. When I asked, she very kindly offered me advice on skincare products for dark pigmentation on my forehead and gave me lots of useful information. The following day she emailed me with the products she recommended and information on how to use them. I didn’t feel pressured into buying them she explained I could remove products if I wished to she also sent me a 10% discount code. I am now looking forward to my new skincare regime and will definitely be returning to Charlotte in the future 😊
