It was my first time at vision express, i was really happy with the service and my experience at the store was very good,the manager and staff were very welcoming and friendly 😀

On holiday in Shropshire realised l forgot my contact lenses. Rang the nearest branch Vision Express Ludlow my call answered by the lovely helpful Hannah. Arrived there to speak to Saif both staff was welcoming pleasant and helpful. Excellent service. Thank you.

Very professional and friendly. Both gentleman at Vision Express made me feel important as a customer, and that I had been given a thorough examination and advice on lenses.

Measured the frame for varifocals but frame was already twisted off the stand & when glasses came back obviously needed adjusting manager rude & sounded angry that I was returning for second fitting. Also very, very expensive. Opticians not the friendliest. Avoid. Will not ever return.

I am really pleased to be able to review my recent and unexpected visit to Ludlow Vision Express. I damaged my only pair of specs and Lisa not only fixed them by repairing the damaged hinge but also was so kind and efficient with the choices of a second back up pair. In every regard she was compassionate and fulfilled 100% the ‘this can be sorted’ caring approach. She was utterly brilliant.

First time at Vision Express in Ludlow and all the staff were excellent. The Orthoptist was brilliant with me as I am rather a nervous patients and he put me at ease straight away. He explained everything to me and gave me lots of advice. The dispensing staff were lovely and were really helpful in choosing my new frames. Very professional, can't thank them enough
