Had a lovely contact lenses specialist called Bev teach me how to use them today. I had tried a few times in the past, but as I have very dry eyes, had no luck. Well, this wonderful staff managed to teach me in under half an hour, to the point where I could pop them in and out effortlessly! Bev also had a lovely Christmas jumper on, which always sets a positive tone. For a smaller specsavers during the winter holidays, this was truly a seamless visit. I hope management check the reviews frequently, because this was top-notch service - and now I can see even when I've lost my glasses ;)

Staff are great and easy to get an appointment. Negative is that you can buy an £89 frame, but that turns into £300 or £400 by the time everything is added up. Pricing should be more transparent from the start.

very friendly staff as soon as you walk in, always there to great you. everything was done so easily and quickly i went to have my eyes tested and within 20 minutes it was all done. a great experience. Bev was amazing at the beginning of my eye test and is very friendly and talkative, she was lovely and a great asset to this store!

Have just had an eye test here and it was a great experience. Ummal who did my exam was very thorough and made me feel at ease, and everyone else I interacted with for the protests and checking out were really lovely too.
