Don't buy silver from there they forget to tell you its rhodium plated false advertising I brought a chain 4 days ago wore it for a few hours and it's gone black The manager said I couldn't exchange it or have a refund I'm contacting head office tomorrow just wasted £25 Won't be buying from there again

Absolutely awful service. Manager was very disrespectful and not helpful at all. I was told how my item was too damaged to be returned which is no valid reasoning for a low/bad quality item that is flimsy. She then told me how my item broke as if she was there when it happened and claimed I damaged it all by myself which is quite ironic. So apparently it wouldn’t be covered by manufacturing. Not surprised about how many people are commenting on the managers behaviour and rudeness because it was appalling to speak to customers like that. Seems like a pattern to me…

Chose item in window went into store only to be told you have to order via the assistant who is outside. Then go back outside and have to wait in a queue while assistants are leaning on the counter in store doing absolutely nothing. Definitely needs a new system If the item was for myself I would have walked away as it was my daughter buying she waited patiently.

Beautiful jewellery at affordable prices displayed in well-lit windows and clearly priced. You enter into a modern but classy minimalistic store. I was served by a very helpful and obliging female member of staff. She brought me some rings and a necklace to try on. I wasn't sure about the ring size so I didn't buy but I will definitely go back there again.

Avoid at all costs. Very shady returns policy where they do not offer any refunds, but will not make you aware of this at purchase. If you must buy from them, I’d suggest ordering online as they appear to have a more robust policy in place!
