My father took my mothers wedding ring in for resizing and when the ring was returned they have completely changed the ring design and pattern. My mother questioned that the ring was even her wedding ring. The store (merry hill) insisted that nothing had changed on the ring but when provided with photo evidence of the ring that was sent in for resizing they instantly sent it back to whoever they had used for resizing. The ring was then gone for another week to be put back to the original design and returned to the shop. When called to collect the ring, again it has a completely different design to the first time they returned it and to the original design it was before they sent it off. Again the store sent it back to be returned to the original design. 2 weeks passed and no word on what was happening with the ring, so my father attended the store yesterday (07/06/23) to be told that the man they use is a good jeweller and that he will have to melt the ring down completely and hand etch the original pattern back in but he will have to add extra gold to the ring which my father would have to pay for. Naturally, he declined on this. He was also informed that the man who does this is on holiday for 2 weeks now so my mothers wedding ring has been butchered by the ‘amazing’ jeweller on 2 occasions and has spent the last 2 months in T H Bakers possession. You have absolutely upset my mother as you have damaged the ring that she has had for 37 years by using an incompetent jeweller, who can’t fix the disgrace that he did to the ring in the first place, when it should have only been stretched up a single size. The pattern should have not changed from x’s to stars! The store could have called my father to let him know that the jeweller was on holiday now for 2 weeks and having the audacity to say that there will be additional money to pay as he will have to add extra gold!!!!! We will see you in court over this if the ring does not return with its original pattern and design and there’s even an attempt to request any further money. Not a single apology either. Wedding rings carry emotions. Absolute disgrace of a company! Do NOT use T H Baker Looking at their reviews their master jeweller is not so masterful either as this thing happens loads!

This is certainly a nice jewellery store to find items for gifts or that special item for your loved ones. Well worth a visit and well placed by the food court at Merry Hill.

Fantastic choice of jewellery. Was was looking for a pair of earring that were a bit different and found a fabulous pair here by Sif Jakobs. Staff were friendly but Donella went that extra mile to help get me a free gift that was on offer but they had run out. It was very kind of her to help do that for me. She called a couple of days later to let me know it had arrived.... Fantastic service thank you 😁😁

Lovely selection of jewellery from mid to high price point. Lots of silver charms earrings and rings, very fashion forward and great quality from Thomas Szabo etc. Some nice designer fashion jewellery too. Staff were very helpful, and the store was easy to navigate in my power chair. We were buying a gift for a 21st birthday and knew exactly what we wanted. They hadn't got any appropriate sized huggy earrings in this time, that were suitable, but they knew their stock well and showed us some alternatives. Beautiful fashionable watches and long necklaces too. I would try here again if I needed something even if we didn't purchase today

Great staff at this branch, after being judged by my dress sense at several other jeweler's it was refreshing that Phil gave me his full attention as soon as I entered the store. He couldn't have been more helpful from choosing a watch to adjusting the fit. Highly recommend this store and Phils expertise for buying a luxury watch.

I ended up visiting this store by chance today, as they had a good sale display window and I was able to spot a ring which my wife wanted. We went inside the store and was greeted by Phil, he was really helpful and has great customer service skills. He brought the ring out and let my wife try it on and also explained the make up of the ring. We ended up purchasing the ring straight away. Thank you for the great service Phil, keep it up :)

Visited this shop to get a watch repaired under warranty, I hadn’t purchased it from them but what a customer service, they couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant.

Bought my Oris diver 65 bico from the merryhill brach, great experience, they ordered me one in because I wasn't happy to have the display model, arrived next day. My saleswoman Lauren even twisted the manager's arm to let me add the additional warranty the day of collection. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff 100% recommend!
