I got the links taken out of a 1970s watch my grandad had given me. The shop I went to previously had refused as they said it will wouldn’t fit me. The man at jewellery inspired asked if the watch was sentimental and he was determined to do this for me. He was a lovely man and he did a great job!!

Had 2 brilliant repair jobs on my bracelets , as good as new, plus some really pretty earrings bought over thexlast tear. Would recommend . Local friendly business.

Beautiful jewellery and gifts covering a wide price range. The lady who served us was brilliant -so helpful and knowledgeable, didn't rush us and really wanted to make sure my daughter was happy with her choice (a ring, for her 16th birthday) We'll definitely be back!

What a charming shop full of lovely jewellery and other accessories. The purpose of our visit was to get four watch batteries replaced for and Elderly neighbour. The nicest surprise was that only 3 batteries needed replacing! That was such a refreshing bit of honesty. The next nice surprise was the low cost! I would highly recommend a visit

Popped into this shop this morning to enquire of a particular item..my daughter had purchased for me online a rather dainty necklace and it had broken.... Sam repaired it free of charge I was amazed I didn't even ask him to...what a lovely guy,they are so friendly too..thankyou so much guys...brilliant..

Nice jewellery shop,sells very classy items. I am glad to see them back open & got two new watch straps & a watch battery. All done very quickly & helpful man soon had my watches looking good as new for reasonable price.

First chance since Christmas that my sister and I had to get into stourbridge to exchange a duplicate gift (due to lockdown), we didn't need to worry, the staff were fantastic, and offered a no quibble exchange and we found an alternative gift. We also enquired about jewellery repairs and cleaning with the jeweller. We had two rings cleaned and left another for repair. We returned the following Saturday to collect the repair and the quality was excellent. Well worth a visit to this high quality, family run jewellers. I highly recommend. Lynn

Brilliant service today, I popped in to get my son's necklace mended, no other jewellery shop was able to do this on site, but this shop were able to mend it with a new clasp within 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service from both owners of this family jewellers. They fitted new batteries for both mine and mum's watches, aswell as fitting a ring clip for my ring which was too big. I also received some very good advice regarding some other jewellery of mine.

Fantastic friendly service, cleaned my jewellery for my wedding on the spot and gave me a good price for some old jewellery I no longer wanted as well as care advice for my pieces moving forward. Definitely recommend and will be keeping them in mind for future jewellery care and purchases.

I came across this shop by accident whilst searching for a particular type of watch for my job, they had one I needed and purchased it, so what you may say, but Sam also did a little repair on my glasses(a tiny screw had come out) free of charge. I also told him about the watch I have that my purchase had replaced, it needed a new strap which I had bought but attempted to do it myself and lost a pin, useless I am, he said bring it in I will sort it, it will be cheaper than a new watch. I still bought the watch because of his honesty and will also take my old watch for him to do, nice couple, nice shop👍

Fantastic service, fitted a battery in my sons watch that three other jewellers said they couldn't do and the fourth said it needed to be sent away. Took it to Jewellery Inspired and the lovely gentleman was able to replace the battery for a third of the price we had been quoted elsewhere 😁 Very pleasant man and a lovely shop, its so important to support your local businesses, definitely be returning to this shop. Excellent service.

My partner loves it! Bought a pearl pendant on a 16" chain as a gift for my partner, however after trying it on realised the chain was too short. Jane (owner) was amazing, responded quickly and was so helpful in exchanging it for a longer chain. Cannot recommend enough!!
