Great service, but the two eldest women couldn’t care less, useless, the manager ‘carries’ them.

We have been coming to John Hollins Jewellers for years and for good reason. We have always been well taken care of. The ladies who take care of the store are always so professional and so friendly. Fantastic prices, fantastic service and fantastic quality jewellery. Honestly what more could you ask for!

I had my Omega watch serviced here two months ago. It had previously been serviced by a so-called specialist in the jewellery quarter and had become quite unreliable. Now all the problems have been sorted out it is keeping excellent time and although 25 years old works like new. A lovely friendly shop to do business with with a very helpful knowledgeable staff and an outstanding Watch Repairs service At very reasonable prices. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Worth a trip to Dudley!

Got my partner's ring reshaped here. Very friendly staff who arranged for this to be done. Had to be sent away as it was quite badly damaged but it was returned within a week for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend for any jewellery needs.
