Very helpful, very polite lady, help me choose my 2nd engagement ring. We had bought my original engagement ring in 2002 then our wedding rings in 2003..so it was our obvious choice to come bk to your shop. Wonderful lady helped us out of a tricky situation when my daughter got a ring stuck on her finger today, was reassuring and removed the ring with minimal effort or drama….couldn’t have been more helpful unlike the staff at H Samuel who refused to help us and told said No jewellers in the centre will do it and go to A&E! DO NOT get your ears pierced by Orla here!!! My daughter went in February this year for the first time. She pierced them that low the backs of the earing hung below the ear and they were at an angle and have been sore ever since. We have since been to Emily's who were shocked at the piercings. We have let them heal and will have them re pierced in the right position by a professional.

Rang about eternity rings spoke to a very pleasant man who I found out was Stefan when I went into the shop he was helpful and very patient there was no pressure showed be a variety of rings and was very helpful ending up with I found the ring that was most suited to go with my engagement ring Thank you Stefan Merry Hill Branch.

My daughter had her ears pierced here yesterday. The staff were very friendly and professional. The lady who carried out the piercing was very patient with me, while we decided the placement of the piercing. My daughter was nervous and she put her at ease. I would highly recommend.

Despite previous horrible experience, when my wedding ring was not delivered, then months of waiting for them to accept that the ring was lost by Post office, then finally being able to collect the ring from their store, weeks before my wedding! I have decided to use them again. Prices are good and jewellery nice. I was satisfied with the service this time.They do need to work on client care however.

Very unhappy with F Hinds customer service at the merry hill store. I received a smart watch as a Christmas gift but wanted to exchange this for a normal watch, so I went into the shop to do so and I was told I could not have an exchange because I had not factory re set the watch - I followed the instructions and to me the watch was re set but the lady at the counter was not convinced and also then get her supervisor as well involved who just proceeded to show me the terms and conditions that the customer has to re set the watch to factory settings (I had already read T&C) so was fully aware and to my knowledge I had wiped the watch. But the two women on the counter just proceeded to argue with me and I asked if they could help me then to re set the watch and they said they didn't know how and that they couldnt do it for me. I explained I didn't ask them to do it for me just to show me or tell me how and advises I wasn't sure how to work it either as I had only just got it as a Xmas present. The person who baught it for me had said they were really helpful when selling the item to him and showing him how it works, but to try and help me not a chance and apparently forgot how the watch works since they sold it to my dad. Very disappointed in the customer service if I could rate 0 I would, not worth 1 star. Clearly didn't want to help. I actually wanted to exchange the watch for a more expensive one. The 2 lady's who served me looked like they didn't even want to be there, they looked so miserable. Shame.

As always, a friendly welcome and a smile! Very knowledgeable and professional staff within a comfortable and elegant store. This is why I keep coming back. I knew exactly what I wanted and found it at Hinds immediately. Having said that, being the sort of shopper I am and being in a large retail centre, I had to go and 'look around'. Nothing doing. Back to the beginning and thoroughly happy with my purchase which was great value for money. Just need to save up now for my next visit. Thank you so much.

We ordered a silver ring for my husband for our silver anniversary. Service was excellent, as were the Covid protocols. We chose a ring that needed to be ordered in and actually arrived a day earlier than planned, which was our anniversary! Upon collection, service was quick, efficient and friendly. No issues whatsoever and would definitely recommend.

Rang and booked an appointment for Ear Piercing and got booked in the next day. Brilliant service, kind shop assistant who made sure my ears were were fine before doing the piercing and talked through everything with me. Would highly recommend
