Very friendly staff, nice shop . Bought a diamond ring from here and was very pleased with it...... BUT .....just over 14 months later I noticed the stone was slightly loose and moving although there was no damage to the ring, I returned it to the store where they examined it, agreed the stone was loose and no damage could be seen so recommended that they sent it away for repair, which would take about a week. 2 weeks later I chased this up with them and it took a further week to get my ring back to the shop . They had no explanation as to the reason for any of this, but did charge me £60 for tightening the stone. I didn’t feel this was a great service and have since learned a lot of jewellers would have carried out this repair for free . Would look elsewhere in future.

They are very nice people. They repaired a cufflink and a necklace. Plus fitted batteries. All in half an hour. Reasonably priced I felt. They don't engrave sadly but other than that, super!

Very helpful staff and a great range of products. The member of staff who served me took time and effort to find a piece of jewellery matching my description almost exactly. Can't fault this establishment for service or pricing at all.

I’ve just picked up my wedding ring after having it re sized and i was told it would be about ten days got it back in seven wonderful job was done and the staff that was there today was totally lovely I recommend this as the place to go for everything jewellery based in my mind the only place to go ..

Popped in to get my engagement ring replayed and look for a bracelet. Ended up with a set. Lovely ladies, very helpful and friendly.

Have some nice stuff but so so expensive. Couldn't believe what they charge for silver let alone gold. Stuff way overpriced compared to other jewellers I visit.

Over priced and the jewellery might not have the quality advertised as it caused my fiance a allergic reaction. They were fast to push for insurance but we're not clear about their return policy, most shops have good refund and return policies but their answer was you should have asked, very disappointed with the purchase.

Last weekend I went in ordered a ring for my birthday which was on the Monday unfortunately they didn’t have it in there shop but the main one in Birmingham did so they rang up asked if they had this particular ring and yes this man called tom said it was right by him he would have it sent over by Monday or Tuesday the latest and she would give me a ring or I couldcall no need I will be in Saturday (today) I was not asked for a deposit but that was there choice so excited all week Togo in today only to find different ladies handed paper they gave me went in to back of shop what sort of ring so I showed phot aaah we are so sorry it’s not here we can see if there are any more it was a limited addition and although promised to me they sold it I was absolutely gutted and disgusted a promise is a promise I will never ever shop there again what if it was for a wedding ect I have used this shop before but never again and certainly won’t recommend as for getting a ring I have been to a very helpful well known store and found something much better Th Baker very disappointing

Good quality jewellery at fair prices. Great presents for birthdays, anniversary's. Staff are very friendly and will give you suggestions on what to purchase.

Extremely helpfull and patient couldn't do enough to make it a pleasurable experience.
