I have visited Bassam jewellers of Stourbridge on a couple of occasions this year. Both times were for sentimental reasons. I cannot praise Simon enough, for his sensitivity, care and professionalism whilst altering my treasured rings. Which now fit perfectly. Totally recommend him.

Cannot thank K Bassam's enough. Took my late father's wedding ring in for melting into two rings for my daughters. The rings were ready later the same day. Workmanship by Simon was of very high quality, Clare was more than helpful - the rings beings returned in smart jewellery boxes. Forget the Jewellery Quarter, give this local Jeweller a thought - you will not be disappointed. My deepest thanks again.

Very friendly and helpful. We took my wife’s wedding and engagement rings into the store as they needed some repair and adjustment. The work was done very quickly and the result was spot on. Both look as good as new. Excellent service would highly recommend.

Can’t recommend bassam’s enough, took a silver ring in that I’d completely snapped in half and it’s now it’s back to looking brand new and they kindly sized it for me before finishing the repair so it now fits better than it ever did

Wonderful service and wonderful workmanship!! I had to have several rings, including my wedding ring which had not left my finger in 52 years, resized due to arthritis in my fingers! Andy at K Bassam resized my rings and cleaned them all to look like new again!! Absolutely wonderful workmanship carried out - all in 24 hours as he knew how I missed my wedding ring!! Kevin Bassam's has been our "go to" jeweller's since he first set up. The service has always been first class, friendly and efficient. Many thanks on this occasion to Simon who has done an amazing job converting a 1920's brooch into two beautiful pendants. Excellent service! I had tried three high street jewellers to get my new watch strap adjusted. Everywhere told me they were special links and it needed to go back to the Manufacturer. I was gutted however all was not lost. I went to Bassams and they did it straight away whilst i waited! Should have gone to them first! Many thanks.

Visited K Bassam Stourbridge for the first time today to get my wedding band re-sized. Greeted my the most helpful guy ( sorry didn’t catch his name ) he gave me best advice & reassurance when altering a special piece. I’m delighted with the finished result and can’t thank him enough ….would 100% recommend!

Brilliant service. I took my watch, an old model Rolex, in to be re-sized. A high-street store would have wanted to send it away to be altered but here I was able to talk to the jeweller about the changes and he did them there and then. It is reassuring to have someone knowledgable and competent providing great customer service at sensible prices.

Excellent customer service and their expertise was much appreciated. I had lost a diamond earring with much sentimental value. Their in-house jeweller transformed the remaining earring into a beautiful solitaire ring by transferring the diamond into a ring they had onsite. I was so impressed with their professionalism, only took a day, and the results. All extras were returned to me, so trustworthy! I returned a few weeks later with some delicate necklace repairs and the work was done quickly and to a very high standard. It is really nice to have this high level of craftsmanship in town.

Great service over many years now for repairs and rhodium plating my wedding and engagement rings. I left my engagement ring yesterday for a repair and resize and it was all done by today, with a re-plate on my wedding ring while I waited! A really good personal service which makes you feel like a valued customer. The work is always excellent and looks so lovely when everything is shiny! Great value and that extra bit of security knowing that it’s all done on site by a professional jeweller, rather than being sent away.

Was gifted my Nans ring for my 21st birthday which was out of shape and needed some work. K Bassams went above and beyond to fix up my ring for me, I’ve fell in love with my Nans ring all over again and I’m so thankful for the work you’ve done to it! I took an intricate silver necklace in store to be replicated in gold. Andy and the team did an excellent job! The quality of craftsmanship is second to none. Clare, who served me, gave me information regarding how it was made and said it was a team effort, each doing their bit to work on it. When I collected the new necklace, she cared how it was presented to me when I first saw it. This made my experience special. I am thrilled with the necklace! Friendly staff, great service and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

What a brilliant job they did for me, repaired 2 rings that I damaged. The one ring my wife bought for me in 1974, a signet ring when we got engaged was badly out of shape. But they restored it so it looks brand new. I also had my wedding ring and Seiko watch strap repaired. The work is to a very high standard, the jeweler was so helpful in understandin my requirements. Very impressed.

My father passed away in January and I enquired as to whether his silver bracelet, with military number could be reversed / swapped over. A challenging job that was completed to perfection, now allowing an opportunity for an engraving that will be completed as my next request. We took a ring with set stones in for resizing. It had to come down from a size S to a size M. Andy carried out the work to a beautiful standard. This was done within an hour!! First class work and service. Highly recommended.

54 pounds to stretch my wedding ring was told it would take a couple of days because they were busy . When I collected my wedding ring it was still too small the jewerler stretched in in a minute what a rip off !!!
