Popped in twice within a week, couldn't decide which tiles, took away a free sample, which I returned as not quite right with my decor, very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable staff ordered me a special sample in, which they loaned me free of charge. I absolutely love it! It matches perfectly. Will be going back very soon to place my order, which will arrive within a day or so, they advise me. I've got to say I have driven past many times and never been lured inside as it doesn't look the most beautiful on the outside. BUT what it doesn't have on the outside, is more than made up for by the staff, and the great selection, and reasonable prices on the inside.!!! What a refreshing change, to be treated with such courtesy, and not feel harassed or pressured into making a rushed choice. Well done to each of the team, who have helped, or who I have spoken to. I will certainly be coming back, and recommending you to all my friends.

Know what they are talking about they supplied us with all our tiles for our kitchen and bathroom and recommended a subby to fit it all together not enough stars

Went to a number of the big chain stores but was less than impressed with the service. Popped into Tileland as they were located near my work to have a look on my lunch break and was assisted by a lady (sorry I forget your name!) who took me through my options. Purchased there and then and even when I popped back to get some extra tiles they were great and dealt with it without fuss. There's still a place for professional and personal service amidst the sea of online retailers. Thanks again.

Really good family run tile showroom

Nick was incredible in helping me to identify a floor tile and advising me on a supplier closer to me that might stock it so that I could visit and make sure that it was a match. Even though he wasn't likely to get a sale from me, he contacted the agent of the tile-maker and his information was vital in helping me find the right tile to match the existing ones. Brilliant knowledge and professionalism. Huge thanks to Nick.

Popped in as we were passing, and couldn't have been made more welcome, even though we said we were only browsing. After a short while we found some tiles that we liked that we hadn't seen anywhere else,which Tileland had in stock, and so we ordered them there and then. Having been really pleased with the Tileland tiles, we then got let down by our bathroom tile supplier and so went straight to Tileland again, and once more got great friendly and helpful service, and ordered some more but different tiles. We were told that they weren't in stock but special order tiles BUT Nick managed to get them for us in 48 hours, unbelievably good service as the fitter was waiting for them. The best experience we've ever had buying tiles and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tileland. Step inside and see the choice, and get really friendly helpful service.

Bit hit and miss with availability at present due to Covid and Brexit but if you can find tiles you like, then you can grab a bargain..

Very friendly helpful staff, helped me pick the tiles I want and when they delivered them they brought them into my house and put them where I wanted them. They sell high end products at reasonable prices. Will definitely go here again should I need any tiles.

I popped in at the weekend to browse for bathroom tiles, received great service and advice. Came back today after deciding on some tiles, had the same gentleman serve us and we got even more great advice and service. Would definitely return when we need to tile the kitchen!
