Honestly the very best service I've ever experienced, Andy and Liam are truly professional and honest. I had been struggling with a problem with my van for months; I took it to all sorts of garages who ripped me off telling me all sorts was wrong with it. In the end I stumbled across Andy's company. Andy was open and honest with me. Very polite and never seemed to make me feel as if I was a bother to him or Liam. They took time to explain what was wrong with the van. And gave me a timescale on the repairs. Andy also gave me a very reasonable price to replace my starter motor. Upon this my van which has been giving me hell for months finally starts no problem. Had used quite a few garages prior to coming here and had no luck with anyone. Car kept going into limp mode and no garage had a clue as to why (this issue lasted 6 months) Finally come across Vaux tech and spoke to Andy and wow! Really good customer service very helpful got me booked in right away and kept me updated on all progress. Turned out to be a faulty output shaft speed sensor on the automatic gearbox. Car is bang on now and drives faultless Once again massive thanks to the lads down at Vaux Tech. Highly highly recommended

What can I say wish had took my insignia to these guys ages ago. Quite a major job on my car to be done and 100% bang on. Had what I now know is a common issue with my 2019 Crossland- low oil pressure caused by debris from the timing belt. The guys gave fantastic advice, really knowledgable. Really pleased that the turnaround was quick too, helped me out a lot.

After months of visiting garage after garage, Vaux Tec was able to diagnose the issue within 5 minutes of arriving at the site. The faulty EVAP solenoid was replaced and diagnosis of a worn shock absorber was completed within 2 hours. Vaux Tec explained the issue in detail and at a level I could understand. I will be using their services in future regarding any issues with my Vauxhall.

Thank you Andy and Liam. Vauxhall Insignia diesel, coolant leak. After taking the car to 2 independent garages used by me and my family for many years, I was told that the job was too specialised for them. The diagnosis offered was contradictory and estimated repair cost scary! At least my regular garage suggested I contact Vaux Tec. I'm so pleased I did. They cured the leak by replacing the inlet manifold gasket, at a lower than expected cost. When collecting the car Andy took the time to show me a photo of dismantled engine and evidence of the leak. He also gave me advice of possible future problems and actions I could take now to help avoid them. A big plus to deal directly with the guys that do the work. I found the best time to contact them is near the start and end of the day. Great job guys. I wish you continued success. Pete

Well what can i say these guys are life savers and dont cost you the earth like the dealers. I went to Vaux Tech because my side lights was flashing on and off with no key to the point i got intouch with Vauxhall Dealership, and they quoted me £90 to plug a machine in and then an additional £255 if they could not find the fault. Which i was disgusted and asked around, but luckily my mate said try Vaux Tech brierly hill mark they dealership level and do not cost an arm and leg. So i phoned up spoke to Andy who fantasticly told me come down in couple of days which was great but on arrival i apologised i was a little late due to traffic and i live 1hour 20mins which they didnt mind i was late, Andy had my car for 20 30mins and came across the problem and just like that 30min job cost me a small fee which was half of vauxhalls first price. But mind at rest i was exspecting to replace the BCM at £600 - £700 but thanks to Andy he knew exsactly what to look at and what to do and only charged me £50. Thank you Vaux Tech LTD. Will be back in future when i need work doing well worth the drive. And now my lights stay off!

I had a 1.9 vivaro van with intermittent starting issues from cold. Took to multiple garages and a vauxhall specialist around the west midlands who couldn't find the issue and gave me a bit of a run around. Found Vaux tec local to me and I'm so glad I gave them a try. They found the fault, sorted it and got me back up and running in a quick time and for a very reasonable price. Will certainly be taking my van here from now on.

I had taken my 1.7 diesal astra to a load of mechanics when the engine management light came on and it went into limp mode. I found these guys and the customer service was beyond amazing, after a brief diagnostic they found out it was a faulty fuel injector, they booked me in within days and ever since then my car has done an additional 5000 miles and no problems whats so ever. For the fraction of the price of dealerships and high quality workmanship, you have to visit this amazing team with any issues!

Excellent service, Andy is the most reliable mechanic I've ever had what he dont know about vauxhalls isn't worth knowing. Knew a fault from literally just listening to tick over. Always tells you exactly how it is and honestly what needs doing or not doing. Cant recommend him highly enough. Been servicing my insignias for 3 yrs now won't go anywhere else.

Had a problem with my astra with it hesitating going up hills nobody else could sort out with the problem took it to him and he found out what the cause was. No engine problem diagnosed but it had a split in the flexi pipe on the exhaust. Once I had the exhaust replaced I then returned where he reset the fuel values. Blown away with the expertise.😃

My vehicle was due a cam belt and water pump change, I contacted Andy who sorted all this out for me in an afternoon at LESS THAN HALF PRICE to what Vauxhall dealer had quoted! Very open and honest guy, sorted some other niggles out for me without charging and provided lots of advice regarding other stuff.
