    Very good service for my NHS hearing aids with free replacement for faulty aid and free batteries. Very efficient staff.

    Over two weeks and my glasses are still not ready. You also now have to pay for eye tests whereas before you didn't if you were buying glasses and they're no longer putting new prescriptions in old frames 'due to covid'. Seems more of a money grabbing scheme to me

    Great service as always. Saw a graduate for my eye test. He was kind, thorough and professional. A young man did my field test, had to repeat this, he was very patient. Young lady directed me to glasses as I needed a new pair and she also checked to make sure I was ok a few minutes later. Saw Raf to order and measure my glasses. He also fixed my broken pair so I would be able to see at a gig I was going to later that day (Sat 23/04.) I always get a great, professional and helpful service whenever I go to Specsavers in Nuneaton. Thank you all.

    Recently had 3 new pairs of glasses, 2 reading 1 distance. I found all of the staff very polite and helpful, the eye test itself seemed to be very thorough, the person who helped me select the glasses, went the extra mile to get a pair of the reading glasses to me within 3 days, as I had managed to loose my previous ones.

    Excellent service as always, I’ve had thinner lenses in my new glasses thought they would take a while to get used to as they are verifocals but they have been absolutely fine from day one,

    1 star for some of the staffs service but not for the actual eye test and prescription given to both me and my young son for a few years our eyes have still not been right, caused my son to have a squint in his good eye so I chose to go elsewhere and both of us were given too high a prescription. Not one but two of us given the wrong glasses for over a year.. Quite disgraceful. Will not use specsavers again.

    From entering the store I was greeted with a warm welcome and shown where to go for my appointment. I didn’t have to wait long before any pre checks, my optician was very supportive and talked me through step by step each stage of the test and options available for my needs. When choosing frames the lovely lady supported me to choose suitable frames when I couldn’t decide, I was so pleased with her supportive and friendly attitude, I never felt pushed into buying anything I didn’t want and I was able to make my own choice with a little friendly support and encouragement. So very happy with the service I received! When I came to collect my glasses I was equally met with such friendly and supportive staff I highly recommend the warm welcoming and friendly service!

    Let down again. Bought new hearing aids early December 2022. Specsavers booked the date for a follow up call 22/12/22. Still waiting. Called in store this afternoon, they apologised for not calling, As having issues with the hearing aids need an appointment. Due to SPECSAVERS not making the promised call I now have to wait till 26/1/2023 for an appointment. Customer Service??

    I have been with specsavers ear and eye for a lot of years and not always good but on this ocasion I had an audiologist who knew his stuff, his name was Andy and he was brilliant.

    After first eye test referred to CHEC and after cataract and laser surgery had a further test and was prescribed spectacles. At every stage my treatment could not have been improved upon or more thorough. My new spectacles are perfect and were fairly priced. I have no hesitation in recommending Specsavers Nuneaton most highly.

    I have used Specsavers for many years. Having broken my glasses I wanted to reorder new frames. Simply the same as what I already have. I was told I cannot do this without an appointment. I shopped with The Optical People next door, what's the point in having customer loyalty when you always need an appointment!

    Really impressed with the service. Young lad who served us, think his name was Owen, he was really friendly. I went in with my kids to get my daughters glasses fixed and he went above and beyond to help my shy daughter feel comfortable and really engaged with her. He helped explain how I can help my daughter maintain her glasses and ensured she understood too.

    I only went to get my specs repaired. They needed new nose posts. Bit of a wait even though I had an appointment due to staff shortages. Didn't mind. Excellent service as always. This is my regular opticians and wouldn't go anywhere else.

    I'm very pleased with the service I received at Specsavers. Everyone I spoke with was polite and pleasant. I decided to keep the old frames because I like them and they are still in good shape so I only had the lenses changed for my new prescription. I'm glad to say that Specsavers staff did not try to persuade me to buy new frames. Perhaps I'll get some glitzy new frames next time!

    This was a return to Specsavers after about ten years. I'm really impressed. Both the prescriber and the dispenser gave a good impression of knowing what they were doing. The prescription is spot-on and the prices were lower than expected. In short: brilliant!

    I can’t give 0 stars but I would if I could I’ve been using this store in Nuneaton for 10+ years but I will never step foot back in this store again the staff were extremely disrespectful and rude and there was no care given and no compassion vision express all the way from now on at least the staff all have smiles on there face and were really helpful and respectful to my needs !!

    Awful experience for both myself and children on different occasions. I will never go back unless it was an absolute emergency and I have previously been a customer at this branc h for around 20 years. I have also previously filled in the online form which they have have requested me to do below and I have done this at least twice but no response so they are obviously not really bothered about dealing with issues it just looks good on the review that they have responded

    I will start by saying I had my eye check up in my, my partner had his checked at the same time. Excellent service from start to finish. It cost just over £500 for both of us. But yesterday one side of mines arm snapped at the hinge. My partner has rung me to say that we have to pay £50 for them to be fixed and that was with some knocked off the price. He said it was wear and tear, im really cross that for such expensive glasses they break so easy and have no kind of guarantee. I will certainly not go to this place again.I think since this cost of living crisis every shop and company are exploiting the public where and whenever they can.

    I came into this branch in January when I lost a pair of glasses and needed a replacement. Again I was very impressed with the staff and their expert knowledge of things and customer service. Great service and great friendly knowledgeable staff.

    Used several times now, mainly good service, only one issue when I went back to have glasses repaired I was made to wait and need two visits, not what was agreed over the phone. Was dealt with my the manager.

    I've been using this particular. Specsavers for a few years now. It's relatively smaller than the others but still has the great service and lots of frame options to choose from. They are still cleaning glasses between try ons, which is good, and they are really patient with the children. I would recommend it to anyone local. I actually changed over from Boots when the range kept getting smaller, but the cost was increasing. Definitely a wider range and they have alot more offers on than boots or vision express.

    went to Specsavers Nuneaton on October 29th with issues with my new glasses. I want to thank Charlotte who looked after me and helped put everything right and calm me down. Brilliant service

    The last couple of times that I have called whoever has been on the phone is rude and doesn’t want to help in the slightest. I explained to her that I needed some contact lenses she asked where I get them from I told her online by another contact lense supplier. She then didn’t give me the chance to explain I have an active prescription for my contact lenses and that I must come in for a contact lense trial despite the fact I’ve had multiple contact lense check ups before if she was actually bothered to ask for my details to look on the system she would of seen this. I’ve been using specsavers for years but recently it’s just getting ridiculous now every time I have phoned the woman has always been abrupt. I’d rather go elsewhere. I’m sick of having to call and deal with rudeness. I was also told last time in order to be told my prescription I have to pay?

    Due to one member of staff, after I collect the kids glasses, I'll be going elsewhere for the kids. Arguing with me, sighing very loudly more than once, rushing us to make a decision, not listening, upsetting my middle child with special needs etc. Very rude. I have anxiety and didn't enjoy my time in the store when we got downstairs to pick out frames. Can't fault the members of staff upstairs. But that foreign brown haired lady who worked at the back of the shop between two computers downstairs is clearly in the wrong job and needs training before being let out on to the shop floor where she kept getting up and leaving us more times than was necessary, made me very uncomfortable and felt like we were unwanted as she was always clock watching and sighing and rolling her eyes and being really abrupt. The tone used was not necessary. I wasn't being rude so there was no need for it. Gone massively downhill since last in store.

    Got my eyes tested was told they are okay but was referred to hospital to check them they found out I have uveitis both eyes and now on eye drops praying for it all to be fixed and sorted I had a few other eye tests in the space of 3 months and was told eyes are fine no problems this one referral saved me a lot of problems and one of the nicest people I’ve met great service great place would recommend to anyone!

    Hi just phoned nuneaton branch to book an appointment for a Tuesday for my contact lenses health check, to be told that there's no one to do this , becouse they only do this on a Sunday,Monday , Wednesday and Friday I only have Tuesday off now (been useing this store for over 10 years )and can not go before or after work they have 3 people that work there to do this so why isn't there someone in everyday to accommodate I have to leave a star because it won t let me leave no stars

    Visited for my annual eye test. The Covid guidelines were followed completely with a one way system in place, hand sanitisers and mask wearing. Glasses chosen for trying on were also sanitised before replacing on the stands. I did not buy glasses at this time, however, as the choice in my price range was quite limited.

    the reception staffs are very friendly and welcoming , I would definitely recommend to family friends and the others to use the service at this branch. thanks to the team that conducted hearing test during our visit. if there's tea/coffee free facilitated with waiting area widened would have 5 starred. overall all had a good experience.
