First visit to this part of Cannock Chase, great walk with well made paths, not signposted so you need to have an idea of where you are going. We did about a four mile circuit.

Excellent spot for accessing the Cannock Chase, lots of good circular walks can be done from here. Popular place for hikers, dog walkers and bikers, it can get busy at weekends but it's free to park. There is an open area with some picnic benches not far in. A brilliant alternative to parking at the visitor center.

Great little carpark to explore Cannock Chase, you can get to Polish War Memorial, CWWG Pye Green, the German War Memorial, and easy access to Springslade Cafe. I'm aways impressed with how well CWWG sites are managed and maintained. Always to high standards which is good to see.

Lovely enclosed area of Cannock Chase that is used by ramblers, bikers and families alike. The dogs love it!

Loverly setting, good walks and very cool water in the pool.

Decent car park but despite being hidden it does fill up quickly.

Grew up nearby so riding our horses on and around was a very regular occurrence. Was so lovely to come back after many years away, and show my daughter how special a place this is.

Nice place for a walk in Cannock Chase . Strawberry hill and Abraham's Valley on the start of our loop walk. Very nice place, we had Old Brook for a bit on our way by our left hand side, which was very welcomed by our dog 😁. What I would just like to add... Respect each others a bit more, please 🙏. Some bicycle 🚲 riders could slow down.....
