    Best personal investment I have made! Before starting with Keet I wasn’t feeling great mentally and physically and just wasn’t my bubbly self. As soon as I done my first session I felt great and knew this was for me (even if my legs were like jelly). Keet himself is a great trainer not only makes you feel comfortable but adapts the sessions to your needs. The studio is always clean, tidy and full of life! If anyone is thinking about joining I would say do it because there is no better feeling then coming out of a gym session with Keet! 💪🏼 PS Keet is the happiest trainer I have ever met!!

    Keet was very welcoming, friendly and professional. His sessions are always personalised to my needs and get me working hard. Keet sets personal, realistic targets that we revisit together regularly to adjust accordingly. The sessions are always enjoyable, I particularly like working out alongside other clients in a pairs session. I've made so much progress both physically and mentally since starting with Kee2Fitness and I would highly recommend Kee2Fitness to anyone who requires a personal trainer.

    Soo highly recommend Keetan and Kee2 fitness for great training that is tailored to your ability and needs. I Absolutely love the community aspect and the ease of booking. The value is fantastic and if you don't at least do a trial or pop in - you are missing out! Thank you Keetan !

    I’ve just finished the 30 day trial and have loved it. I’ve now signed up to do 8 sessions a month. Keetan is very friendly, knowledgable and pushes me (in a good way) to achieve my best. I told Keetan what my goals were which was to start strength training alongside my running. I’d never done strength training before coming here but Keetan has made sure everything was explained and tailored to what I want to achieve. I’ve already seen improvements and can’t wait to continue.

    I've had the pleasure of working with Keetan for a couple of months now and I'm very glad I took the chance. It's hard work but I'm getting stronger and it feels good to take some control over my life. Keet is incredibly warm, friendly, and professional, and he's been very accommodating of my disabilities, helping me to get fitter while working around the obstacles I face along the way, and answering any questions I may have. His private sessions are small and intimate, providing a more personalised experience, without the pressure of gym culture, which is perfect for me. If you're motivated to work on your fitness and you're looking for a safe and friendly environment to do so, I highly recommend Kee2Fitness.

    I joined Keet 3 weeks ago and I have not looked back. He has made me feel very welcome and in the short time I have known him, I can say that he is very good at what he does. Keet has the knowledge and understanding of individual needs and as a result he is very good at adapting the workouts to suit you. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, a very kind person and always greets you with a smile. I can see and feel the changes since working with Keet. I can say that I did underestimate my abilities however, his encouragement and enthusiasm makes you want to push things a little more to achieve your goals. Keep up the good work Keet!

    Training with Keet has been one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. Each session has been different and even when there’s two people in the gym you still get a tailored workout. After starting and giving up with the gym more times than I can count, this is definitely the way forward for me. Keetan’s a great guy who makes you feel comfortable straight away and he definitely knows his stuff. 5 stars from me!!

    I'm so enjoying Keets sessions. The time flys by, and it's different each time. Lots of lovely weights work and he is so encouraging. You don't need to think about anything, just turn up and follow his instructions. The set up is fab, so clean and functional. Keet is encouraging, kind and puts you right at ease. Definitely recommend to anyone considering !

    Working with Keet has been great. I was looking for a way to train flexibly around a busy life, with the online booking system it’s easy to find a way to train. Every session has challenged me and even within a few weeks I have felt stronger and Keet has adapted and continued to challenge with the movements that I have been doing and never would do without a PT! Looking forward to continuing to get stronger each week.

    Great PT, great person! Prior to joining Kee2Fitness, I'd been stuck in a training rut, - fed up with the same workouts and picking up a number of injuries. Keet has reinvigorated my passion for training, offering highly varied, bespoke sessions tailored to my needs/aims. Each session is highly enjoyable (and suitably challenging) - testament to Keet's skill and knowledge as a PT. Keet is incredibly encouraging, warm and friendly, creating a lovely training environment for all - I couldn't recommend joining more.

    Keet is an extremely nice guy, and the place is the definition of welcoming. Very easy and convenient to book and cancel sessions, with loads of timeslots to choose from throughout the day. The sessions themselves allow you to push yourself, but are never over-intense or intimidating. Most of all, they are enjoyable! And that's coming from someone with no previous interest in sports or fitness. I can definitely see myself continuing to attend for the foreseeable future - thank you for the amazing time I've had so far!

    Keet is an exceptional personal training coach! He creates such a good environment in our group sessions, I know it sounds like a cliche, but he really does make fitness fun. Kee2fitness is a unique studio, that accommodates 2 or 3 three people training at the same time. I found that the camaraderie that comes from training with like-minded people really helps to spur me on to achieve that last rep. If you’re in Penn, Wolverhampton and looking for a personal trainer, look no further!

    Kee2Fitness has made my first experience of resistance/weight training and PT an absolute blast! I’m continuously being pushed to reach my goals and feel great about my progress! Keet’s knowledge of fitness and health really shines through, the sessions are organised, well thought through and always feel complete. It’s also really nice to be in a small group session, the atmosphere is great & Keet is just as encouraging and attentive. The best thing for me is being able to 100% trust Keet, all I have to do is turn up and be ready to put the work in, everything else is taken care of; studio is always clean, musics great, your session is ready to begin as soon as you arrive & you’re never short of motivation and encouragement from start to end. I absolutely recommend Kee2Fitness, brilliant, affordable personal training!

    Having finally got the motivation to start exercising, doing so with Keet was the best decision! When going to the gym might be something that you normally dread and just tick off your to-do list, I find myself looking forward to these sessions instead which is something I never anticipated. Keet is incredibly welcoming and clearly knows what he’s talking about. He’s always prepared and ready to start the session as soon as you walk in. Each session is different and completely tailored to me and my ability. I don’t find myself thinking “when will this end” but instead look forward to trying new things! It’s great how it’s a place where a complete novice would feel just as comfortable as a seasoned gym goer and weightlifter. Would definitely recommend.

    Keet is my first experience with a PT and he's just great! The training is tailored to my personal fitness goals and we're always working towards what I'm trying to achieve. The atmosphere in the studio is comfortable and fun (and he's always got on the best tunes!). Another reason why I love training with Keet is the booking system for sessions is so flexible and easy to use - it's really helpful for someone like me who has a really busy schedule with work and can't always keep to consistent days every week. He's always super understanding and checking in on how i'm feeling after a session too. Would defo recommend!

    Keet is an absolutely outstanding personal trainer. I've been going to him for a few weeks and have massively appreciated his encouragement and support. He pushes me and always encourages me to go one step further but is also very understanding of my boundaries and limitations. It's great to be a part of sessions both one and one and also with someone else and I still feel like I am getting a personalised workout regardless of who I'm sharing the session with.

    Around 7 months ago I joined Kee2Fitness and I’m seeing big changes in my strength, core and mental well-being. I love the 1-2-1 training as well as the group sessions, in a well equipped gym and the best personal trainer. Keet is encouraging, works to what I need and can handle and knows exactly how far I need to be pushed to make progress. I’ve really enjoyed my training and I can’t wait to come in for more Spicy Saturday training!

    I joined Kee2Fitness just after Christmas with the aim of getting fitter and improving my mental health. After 5 weeks I am loving training twice a week and can feel the difference in myself. I've never liked going to the gym but Keet makes training fun, enjoyable and tailored to suit my goals. I am a convert and plan to continue training in this friendly environment.

    I started with keet as I lacked motivation in the gym and wanted to really start pushing on with my training. Keet was great, he made me feel comfortable straight away and took the time to understand my goals to create a tailored plan for myself. Sessions are challenging but fun and Keet always pushes me to make progress each time I’m in the studio. I come out of the sessions feeling 10x better and I’m already noticing improvements in myself, I would 100% recommend Kee2Fitness to anyone wanting help reaching their fitness goals😊

    Started my fitness journey a little late in the year but so glad I made the jump with Keet. Makes me feel super comfortable with the workout I’m doing and helps me go the extra mile without being pushy! Really enjoying the workout style with up to two other people in the session, helps keep me motivated and feel part of a group, always a laugh.if you’re starting fresh or have a strong fitness it really will suit anyone as the session is tailored to your own strengths.     My first experience with training has been great, Keet is very enthusiastic and encouraging which has made every session a very positive experience! Historically my personal fitness has been mostly running as I have never found resistance training or gym memberships enjoyable; so having guidance, motivation and a push outside of my own comfort zone is invaluable!

    Keet is a great PT. The new gym is airy and always immaculate. I’m learning new things all the time. He changes up the workouts which helps to keep things interesting. If you are looking to get fitter/stronger and don’t want to have to think too much about it, I can highly recommend working out with Keet.
