I bought my wife’s engagement and wedding ring from here. She had a particular design in mind. Nico was very attentive and made sure we were fully involved in choosing the right stones for the rings. The final product was even better than we imagined and we’ve had so many complements, as it’s a unique design. It was also very fairly priced too. Would definitely recommend this place.

So so pleased with our engagement ring. We travelled from Reading to Birmingham to go to the Jewellery Quarter after we became engaged in lockdown. My other half had promised a proper ring so we decided to give Mitchel & Co a try since it's the highest rated in the area. I have to say I wholeheartedly agree with the reviews. As someone who isn't a massive jewellery person, I was a bit nervous but Ruena greeted us and started showing us rings and made us feel very welcome. She was very professional and patient with us, despite me not being able to make my mind up. We ended up in the end picking a more unique band with diamonds and a sapphire. We returned a month or so later and I genuinely didn't expect the finished product to be even better than the display model. It's so beautiful. Ruena and the rest of the crew at Mitchel & Co couldn't be more professional and we're so glad we travelled all the way -- it was worth it, no doubt in my mind.

Now known as our family jeweller, Mitchel & Co are absolutely amazing!! After some unfavourable experiences in other Jewellery Quarter shops, we felt at ease as soon as we stepped into Mitchel & Co. Mitch was really helpful and although they didn’t have what I thought I wanted, he carefully went through the other options with us and was more than happy for us to leave and look elsewhere - so refreshing after being bartered all day by pushy salespeople in other shops! It was in Mitchel & Co that I tried on a ring that I had never even considered and to my complete surprise, it was love at first sight. I went away to think and came back very shortly after, knowing that this was the one! All of their staff were absolutely lovely and it was great to see so many other happy couples in there, who were also being well taken care of and really enjoying their experience. Don’t go anywhere else as it just won’t be the same!! Thank you so so much to Mitch, Helen and Niko for making a special time in our lives even more magical!

I couldn’t be happier with my engagement ring from Mitchel & Co. Looking for the perfect ring is not as easy as it seems. I was about to give up when my partner persuaded me to check Mitchel & Co before going home. From the moment we stepped in, Nico was very accommodating and the hospitality we received from the team was just brilliant. Everything was well explained to us and they were quite patient to answer all our questions. I was never been sure about what to look for about diamonds but Nico’s expertise helped me what to choose for a great value of my boyfriend’s money lol. They were also very considerate and understanding to make some adjustments to ensure the ring is ready ahead of the planned schedule to accommodate the proposal date. I couldn’t ask for more with the services and the quality of the engagement ring. I highly recommend Mitchel & Co to everyone who is looking for the perfect ring. Couldn’t recommend Mitchel&co enough. We had such a brilliant experience, and Bhav made our wedding band shopping experience memorable. He gave such good advice to two people who are pretty clueless and we came out feeling so happy with our choices and so excited to pick them up! Not only have we found the perfect wedding bands for us, he advised that my engagement ring (from a different jeweller) was too big. Bhav then offered to resize it to the correct size and had it done within an hour, free of charge. I felt like I had a brand new ring! The customer service is 10/10 and we will be returning in the future to buy more jewellery, as we now feel like we couldn’t go anywhere else and receive such good service. Thank you Bhav :)

When there is so much to choose from when choosing the 'perfect' engagement ring, Micheala at Mitchel & Co made it such a lovely experience and was so patient and kind. The team did a fantastic job, taking into consideration what I liked and my lifestyle when helping us create a unique ring. It is beautiful!! Was directed to this jeweller from Pintrest. I was very dubious about buying something so special online over 100 miles from home. However, I saw the perfect wedding ring to match my engagement ring. Once I got in touch Michaela was great, she called to talk me through the process and checked sizing and took the deposit. In 3 weeks the ring was ready and less 24 hours came from Birmingham to Lancashire in the most beautiful box with its receipts. It fits perfectly and compliments my engagement ring beautifully. My fiance and I ordered our wedding rings at Mitchel & Co at the end of June for our elopement wedding last week (7th September), both Deb and Mitch were absolutely brilliant. I went in early November, with plans to propose to my girlfriend at the end of November, I had a rough idea of what I wanted, and what she wanted more importantly, when we first went in, Micheala met us with a huge smile and an offer of a drink and a seat. She asked in great detail, what I was looking for, what the budget was and helped in anyway she possibly could, within about an hour Micheala helped me find the ring I was looking for, she took a great interest on how I was planning on doing the proposal I was very friendly throughout the whole process. She even sent me videos of the ring being made in their own workshop!!! After I had done the proposal and we found out the ring with slightly too big Michaela booked us straight in and got that sorted within a few days. I would recommend this company and especially Micheala to anyone looking to buy an engagement ring.

My experience with Mitch and go was first class. We had visited several shops prior to Mitch and co and the service, knowledge and quality was a class above here. Mitch (the owner) explained in detail about the type of engagement we could have, what we should be looking for in a diamond, and was truly passionate about his craft. It was clear he didn't need our business and just wanted to sell great quality diamond at a reasonable price and that was really refreshing. Every part of the process was seamless - we weren't pressured to buy and we came back and I happily paid the reasonable deposit. The ring was then made to order based exactly on what my fiance wanted that she had described to them. The result was first class and built within a month or so. The service and general friendliness in the shop is great and I genuinely cannot think of any constructive criticism.

My brother put me in contact with Niko at Mitchel & Co after he had such a great previous experience... Niko responded straight away and he couldn’t have done more to help me in choosing the engagement ring for my girlfriend. Niko was amazing explaining the diamond in great detail, and allowing me to create a ring exactly how I wanted it. The Mitchel & Co team (in particular Niko) couldn’t have done more to help me in choosing the engagement ring for my partner. They explained everything I needed to understand about the ring design and the diamond in great detail, giving me huge confidence in my purchase. I was kept well informed during the design and build time of my ring and then arranging pick up was very easy and stress free. A massive thanks to Mitchel & Co from me and my fiancée, the ring is perfect and we can’t wait to come back in for our wedding bands.

We bought two wedding bands and a bespoke engagement ring from this company. Initially, I was really happy - I showed them an image of a ring I liked which they said they could recreate. We live 3 hours away and so some of the process was done via phone and email which wasn't an issue, as they kept me up to date with the progress and sent images which I was grateful to receive. The ring I provided was in a vintage style, however, upon collection I noticed the final ring was more modern - not a huge big deal, as it was still pretty, but they hadn't created quite what I had requested. I wore the ring from June 2019 to around May 2020 but had to remove it, as I'd put weight on and it got tight. In March 2022, I took it out and started wearing it, but within a few days, part of the platinum setting came off. I contacted the company and asked if they could look at the ring to see if it could be fixed and how much it would cost. I was told to contact my insurance company and that they wouldn't be able to tell the damage from as image, so I had to bring the ring to them. I am really disappointed with their aftercare. I have since gone to a local jewellers who have resized my ring and fixed the setting issue for a minimal price. They said there were more imperfections underneath the stones too. Many people have asked for recommendation on where to get a ring made; I have told them to stay away from your company.

Having been all the way around Hatton Gardens and the Jewellery Quarter we finally happened upon Mitchel & Co. We were helped by Niko, who's positivity and energy won us over even more than the beautiful stones. We paid him a few visits before finalising our choice of rings, which he was able to turn around in just 2 weeks. A fantastic experience from a shop that will receive many more visits from us in future as well as our friends. Thank you all very much
