It was good to have the reassurance that my details were not be shared with other companies. Great care and explanation of the reason for follow up contact was made and identity checked before proceeding. The website was really easy and clear when leaving a review, all self explanatory. The phone call to verify I initially missed however the voicemail left by one Tom was pleasant and professional. I then phoned up to verify the review and spoke to the other Geordie Tom. He was really easy to speak to, clear and professional in our conversation. As a whole the company is smart, professional and easy to use with staff being easy to communicate with!
