What's not to love? Woods, fields, duck pond, perfect for a tootle round with my dog. Bottom field gets way boggy in bad weather. Deffo put your wellies on.

Also known as TP Woods, perfect place for a stroll with dogs. Mixture of wooded areas, open fields and a large pond makes it a beautiful spot and interesting for dogs.

What a hidden gem this is. Came upon it by chance when cycling on the MTB. It’s well worth a visit. You can get to it off Heaton Bank (steps) Heaton Gardens (ride and walk) Two locations off Gledholt Bank (ride and walk) It’s real peaceful and makes you feel like your miles from anywhere.

This is a great place to go on a walk with kids or pets. Id recommend wearing suitable footwear if you're thinking of venturing into the woods though. Maybe take some snacks with you and drinks as there's places you can sit down and just enjoy the outdoors and fresh air.

Great place to walk a dog. Lots of interesting wildlife and the scenery is beautiful. But could prove challenging to the unfit or unsteady (like me) especially when muddy. But I would definitely recommend this place.
