Bought these two set of garden furniture last year they where not cheap but liked what I seen . So went ahead with them , they have been coved up with the cover I bought for them over winter. Now finding that the wood is splitting on the table top/ legs/handle on small table. The the leg on small table rocks I think to short ? . I have asked them what to do as I have looked after them but no joy from the company not good service at all they do not want to know . It say they they have 5 year warranty on it but no wants to do anything for us . I do not recommend to buy these due to customer service. My friend has the same problem no help from the company with her problems .

I regularly visit the garden centre section which is always well stocked with lots of lovely things and healthy plants.

Our local Tetrad retailer was less than enthusiastic when we first enquired about buying a particular suite which prompted me to search and find Shackletons online and how glad I am , a quick response amazing price and easy communication. The suite was delivered today by two great guys from AKT who delivered, unpacked and set it up - it’s beautiful and we’re more than happy ! I would certainly use them again.

This is not just a garden centre - it's a Shackleton Garden Centre! The entrance starts your journey with furniture. It may be expensive, but it is extremely well built and placed into 'rooms', which gives you an idea how your own rooms could be decorated. This garden centre is also a stockist of Farrow & Ball paint and wallpaper. Halfway along the ground floor are steps leading up to the actual garden centre. It is well stocked with everything you may need to cultivate, grow and adorn your own garden. The plants looked well cared for, with lots of choice to help you create your own oasis. There is also a huge choice of pots and containers. The cafe is laid out to give everyone their own space whilst enjoying a break with lovely food and drinks. Well worth a visit - see you there.

Nike has been so helpful from first talking to him about a replacement table for my very old table . From organising delivery in my area , my experience has been wonderful, I can’t praise the customer service highly enough

I 1st bought 1 chair the realized it was so comfy I bought another. They are so quirky & beautiful. I cover them with sheepskin when the suns blazing through the windows to protect the lovely leather seating. I'm afraid the photos don't do them justice. Take my word for it they are sooo lovely & comfy. Very easy to fall to sleep

What a great place to visit. Started with a breakfast in a lovely clean and pleasant cafe|restaurant. Staff very helpful and friendly. Then onto the garden centre what a great choice of plants. Then into the furniture part very interesting. My friend and I had an fantastic time. Well worth another visit soon.

What a fantastic place! We couldn't actually go outside to venture amongst plants and pots because the weather was very wet. Despite the weather there was lots to look at inside especially the interior displays. I might just pop back and buy that long awaited armchair I've been looking for,

Really impressive service. Purchase was easy, price was competitive. Item was delivered 2 days after purchase. Item was in perfect condition. I had to pay an extra £60 for delivery because of where I stay but the service was worth it. Love the item! Brilliant. Would highly recommend.

Really lovely aspirational centre . We have just had a new dining table and seats delivered. First class service from start to finish, the delivery men set the furniture up and put into place with instructions on use and care given . Well worth a visit

We love our new garden furniture, we took a while to make a decision as it was expensive, but fantastic quality, happy with our decision now, so many people have complimented us on it, my parents have had theirs for ten years and it looks like new still. The delivery men went out of their way to put everything exactly where we needed it, nothing was too much trouble, despite our obstacle course of a garden! Would definitely recommend Shackleton's and the garden furniture.

I like to call in here if in the area it's a really nice centre with good quality furniture. Some things are quite expensive but you get what you pay for. The cafe here is one of the best you'll find in a garden centre.

The shop is well stocked with furniture, wall art, decor ideas, garden furniture and plants, gifts and so much more. The cafe is excellent and well worth a visit. It is so popular, you might have to queue to get in.

From meeting Steve in the Furniture Department (+ changing my mind 3 times) to meeting Ben (telephonically) in the Logistics/Delivery Department to the delivery of a gorgeous suite by Carl + Steve - 5 Star service from everyone. I went yesterday Friday with my mum. I want to express my thanks to the lady on the checkout..dark hair and glasses working on garden section. My mum uses one of their wheelchairs to get round and we needed some compost. I couldn't even lift it off the pile. We don't drive but the lady suggested we ask if the taxi driver could help us unload it. She carried it to the til waited for the taxi with us and loaded it into the back. This I should add was at the end of the day. It was so lovely to meet with such kindnes and to find someone who genuinely wanted to help. Without her help mum and i wouldn't have been able to purchase the compost. It may not sound my h but to have someone that tries to resolve problems with kindness is wonderful. Thankyou

Amazing place. Variety of home and garden goods are vast. Great for that something a little different. Well worth a visit. O and a great cafe for a coffee or a breakfast.

Today's haul was Farrow and Ball paint tester tins and Cotswold stones. It could have been a sofa and a clematis or a new kitchen and a bird box. How about a puppet and a peony? A painting and a panini? Lovely food, excellent quality furniture, decent plants and a gift shop. All top class.

We were looking for a new parasol and my sister said take a look at Shackletons, so we did, this was the first time visiting even though we only live 10 minutes away!, and now its my favourite home & garden centre, our first visit I ended up buying two new sofas, and forgot the parasol, so the week after we visited again, this time we bought a 4 seater outdoor furniture set including a parasol, on our 3rd visit we bought another larger parasol and some accessories for the garden.. its very easy to spend there as they have some gorgeous products for sale. The sofas are being manufactured now and the outdoor furniture was delivered 4 days later by two lovely young gentlemen, they were so helpful and polite and we are hoping that the weather bucks up so we can enjoy what we bought!. The staff are so friendly and helpful, its such an addictive place to visit and we will be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick service with our meal and drinks. After eating you have the choice of walking around the Garden Centre or Furniture Store to complete an enjoyable visit.

We are new to the area and are now regular visitors to Shackletons. Such a great range for the home and garden and really pleased to see Farrow and Ball paint stocked here too. The garden centre is well stocked with healthy plants. We haven't tried the coffee shop yet but it smelt amazing.

Well we only called in for a cup of coffee, but wished we hadn't. The cafe was packed and people were tucking into what looked like a great brunch offering. Next time we'll just have a light breakfast at home and enjoy what looked like a very nice cooked breakfast here.

Lots of great items but not cheap..... no help from staff members when wanting to buy a candle holder for a table centrepiece.......wanted certain candles but no offer to help me find alternate ones when they only had 2 candles that i liked, when it needed four. If I worked there I would have gone out of my way to try and locate alternatives in the extensive shop. List out on a sale worth £70 +!!!
