Lovely food and efficient service. Job done.

Went in for late lunch, it was full but a kind member of staff quickly approached, stated about 15mins wait for a table, we were happy with this, therefore happy to nip ne t door & return. We both had cheese/onion pie/wedges/beans, pot of tea, just over £10- great value large portions, great service, also at till collected a rewards card to be stamped on each visit once card full then reward given. Definitely recommend, we will be back soon 😃

Paid 13 quid, waited over 20 mins for 2 sandwiches. Was met with an overcooked egg, 2 tiny sausages and bacon wasn’t well done like I’d asked. Smallest sandwiches ever, not big enough to fill a grown man. I understand they were busy on the first Saturday after lockdown but I was really really unimpressed. This isn’t the first time the food hasn’t been great.

Lovely experience at the fresh cafe today. Menu was a delight and the food was fresh and very tasty. The staff were really attentive. Really impressed and will definitely be returning.

Amazing, friendly staff and extremely tasty food :) I had the Cajun and Halloumi pitta which was one of the most flavorful and filling meals I’ve ever had. Thank you so much to the staff for the lovely lunch!

So we recently had breakfast there. Quality of the produce wasn't great, the cooking of it was even worse. Reported the issue to the waitress, who did nothing. Told her again at the till, did nothing and still charged the full amount. I then messaged them on Facebook to let them know if the experience, they read it, and simply chose not to respond. I always believe in giving a business the opportunity to fix an issue before giving a bad review, but in this instance they have chosen to ignore it on 3 different occasions

The food is excellent and reasonably priced. Make sure you book. It’s very very popular.

Always here for breakfast. Great choices and standard of food is amazing. Wouldn't go to any other cafe in Rawtenstall. Definitely try the smashed avocado and poached eggs. We'll worth a visit.

Lovely cafe good service. I only wanted a cake and a Corée! Cake was lovely however little dry round the edges my friends also said the same. The one and only thing that I thought was a complete no no was the fact that one of the members of staff on leaving put his jumpers coat and beanie on where all the cakes are displayed in the cabinet!!! Not sure this complies with health and hygiene. Thank you.

What a wonderful place to dine. The staff are so friendly, helpful and very accomodating, nothing is too much trouble for them if you need anything. The food is absolutely delicious and a brilliant selection of set menu choices and specials. Definitely recommend and can't wait to return.

Busy, as usual, at lunchtime, but staff as always friendly and food delicious. Recommend reserving your table if intending to eat, especially between 11 and 2 pm

Called in this cafe today sat at a table my elderly mother sat down . And was told we couldn't sit there as the table it was reserved . Would of helped if we could see a sign saying reserved but couldn't see one .it's a cafe not a restaurant. Never ever will I go in there again. Also walked past 45mins later and the table was still empty. Didn't think anyone could throw good money and customers away. 🤔

Never fails to impress, been coming since it opened, ceasar salad is absolutely delicious. Brought my friend here for the first time today and she loved it too 😀 also do a lovely selection of cakes - carrot is my personal favourite.

What a gem this place is. The food and customer service are brilliant. The special bacon, brie and cranberry ciabatta was awesome! We'll be back soon!

5* OMG. Called in yesterday for a spot of lunch, ordered the Vege Benedict. What can I say absolutely beautiful, was delivered well, presented amazing and taste exquisite. Best place I've been in a long time, will definitely recommend and be visiting again
