Did some shopping here today for the third time in a few days. For the third time not only were half the customers not wearing masks, but half the staff weren't wearing masks either. For the second time in a few days I asked the cashier if she could wear a mask and she refused. Then she refused to serve me. The manager then came over asked what the problem was but was more concerned with me asking his staff member to wear a mask than her not wearing one. The same excuse was used "I forgot it, its in the office. I'm not going back there to get it". If anyone is concerned about getting COVID, this shop should be avoided. I certainly won't be coming here again, I'll be shopping online in future from another store. If you don't care about getting infected or infecting other people, or think that COVID is fake, then this is the shop for you.

Reasonable price for what I wanted, it was clean and busy they had enough checkouts open so the que kept on moving.

Good choice of frozen foods. Good layout and nice and clean. Will definitely visit again. Very impressed with buy £20 worth of goods and get free same day delivery.

Handy little store located on the High Street. Limited parking out front but I managed to get a spot so all was good . Not as large a choice as other icelands I've used but ok

Iceland:- a great name for a shop since the young man on the till Saturday 8.1.22 was so frosty. He refused to greet me; the item was scanned and he did not even request the purchase price so there was an uncomfortable silence as I searched for my bank card. All he said was "do you want a receipt". As for thanking me for my business, he still refused to engage with me. I have received better service at an ATM machine. I should not have to tolerate this - good manners cost nothing

Love the shop food is great staff very friendly

I go to Iceland for frozen food, butter, fresh milk, yoghurt, eggs and bread. They have a good selection of products. The only thing that annoys me is they seem to be short of choice of bread on Sunday. I don't think they get a delivery on Sunday and you have to choose a bread you don't like.

Used to be cheap but costs have gone up a load 50 60 percent on sum stuff

Always plenty of choice and great Xmas selections,staff always helpful.

Great staff plenty of offers and variety to choose from.
