I bought a used Swift caravan side window from SFM. I placed the order on a Saturday and it arrived by Parcel Force the following Tuesday. The item was perfect and extremely well priced. Fantastic service and a pleasure to deal with! I ordered a new front window for my Caravan, but when it arrived it was cracked. It was well packaged but the courier had clearly placed something heavy on top of the pallet despite it being marked as Fragile. After reporting it to the team at SFM they immediately ordered me a new window and despite manufacturing delays they kept me informed throughout. When it arrived they drove down from Halifax to Warwickshire to personally deliver it to ensure no further damage. They really did go above and beyond to sort an issue that was not their fault, and were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend SFM and I will definitely use them again! I contacted SFM Caravans over the Easter holiday weekend after my caravan window broke and urgently needed another. I saw that they'd advertised one that fitted but was the wrong colour so I queried. By Friday, after a quick phonecall theyd sourced the correct window in the correct colour and it had arrived safely at my home in the Orkney Islands - great service. Pleased customer.

AVOID at all costs. Paid 4 months ago for motor mover fitting and never worked properly! Gone to trade caravan in to be told its an ancient mover that hasn't been made for over 12 year and it wasnt fitted or worked correctly!! I rang up numerous time and got nowhere!

Helpful on initial enquiry, I was warned that the inner panel of the part I was looking for, a wet locker box door, might not match my 2009 Bessacarr caravan. However, when placing the order, the young lady taking the order, asked a few questions about my van. The part arrived on time, and is a perfect match.
