all reviews are nonsense take ages to reply back to email waited waited 5 days to be told not in stock order more then they damaged so just cancelled my order myself will never use again as i was told refund in 24-48hr 4 days late still nothing

Very disappointing. After exchanging several emails about availability, and waiting weeks for stock to arrive, I was then sent the wrong item. I spent a month being fobbed off and chasing promises before I finally received my refund. Customer service was incredibly poor. They blamed everyone from their pickers to their suppliers, made promises to get in touch and keep me updated but never did, and the only reason I knew I'd received a refund was because paypal notified me! They also had the item still in stock on their website for weeks until I pointed it out, despite not actually having any stock. In a month they never managed to get in touch with their supplier to sort the issue.

Appalling service...late delivery, wrong item, incorrect stock information on the website, tracking codes incorrect and awful customer service. I ordered 2 weeks ago and only had one item and it was the wrong one! The worst website I have ever delt with (and I work as a buyer). I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere!

Easy to order from and alway quick delivery

I have shopped her many times online as they have a fantastic range of items for all pets. I purchase items for small birds (budgies) that are near to impossible to get for such a competitive price elsewhere. There has been the occasional issue whether it be with the order or placing an order and making contact is simple and effective as the issue has always been sorted out quickly and with no fuss . I also shop her for dog treats and toys, again great quality and superb price. I would definitely recommend this store and will continue to purchase from here when I need. Only small issue to remember is weight contributes to the postage amount but this isn't a massive problem.

I am really pleased with the 5* service from Purely Pet Supplies. Ordered items are well packed and received very quickly. I live on an Island and a number of products I used to buy cannot be found here. Without Pet Supplies my dog wouldn't get his favourite treats anymore. Also I often have to pay quite a bit extra for postage for orders made online - but not with Pet Supplies. There is great product choice too. Thank you very much.

So pleased I found this website. My GSD will only eat Gluten free chubb roll and as certain stores decided not to get it in anymore I was really in trouble as this is the only food that my dog will eat.there is a good variety of flavours and a good shop to browse around, I can get everything I need like meat, treats, toys and even shampoo. so a huge thankyou to purely pets.😁

My experience with Purely Pet supplies has been outstanding. Lauren is most friendly, competent and efficient! She always answered my questions and addressed my concerns in a timely fashion. I have been totally satisfied with the product I ordered for my hamster and he has been too! I love the fact that they carry the Vitakraft Yoghurt Drops in a SUGAR FREE RECIPE. Can't find them here in the US. As long as my Frodo continues to eat them, I will continue to order them!

I have always had a really positive shopping experience at purely pets, the customer service is exceptional , if I have had a question about the budgie food, they always answer with a prompt reply and are very knowledgeable. My cat (🐈) is addicted to Webbox Lick-e-lix. I buy him as many varieties as I can because he enjoys them so much. However, I have real difficulty finding the beef variety, it's NEVER in any of the supermarkets. Fortunately I found Purely Pets on eBay, I can buy a box of 17 at a very reasonable price (some people overcharge just because they're hard to get) and no postage fee! They were fast and efficient and I'll definitely be using Purely Pets again. Thankyou.

Absolutely 10/10 service, I found this website after looking for rat supplies and this website had a fantastic range at reasonable prices. They also have excellent customer service as I wished to add more to my order a few days after it was placed and they sorted this out promptly for me. My order arrived the day after it was dispatched. I could not be happier and I will be ordering again in the future!

I ordered a large supply of treats and toys for Christmas presents for all our dogs in the family as they're is such a huge variety of stock and something for every pooch! One of the items I had ordered went out of stock and I was quickly emailed stating it wouldn't be in my delivery but just delayed untill it comes back into stock! I was really impressed with the customer care I received and being kept up to date with my order! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be ordering from you again.

Just found these people during an internet search and out of interest I am leaving a 'live' review having just placed an order for pond fish food after 2,00pm on a Friday which is treated as being received the following Monday. Lets see how we get on (hopefully better than Max!). This review will be regularly updated until delivery. 21/02/2020 16.53 order confirmation received. 24/02/2020 08.01 order has been dispatched 25/02/2020 08.00 tracking says delivery due today 25/02/2020 15.40 item arrived well packed and intact. I think that says it all really, a very pleasant transaction experience without any problem at all, I will definitely be buying from again. It looks like poor old Max was the unluckiest chap in the country judging by all his reviews.

These guys are amazing! My go to shop to keep me stocked up as they have so many great brands and really affordable prices. The team go above and beyond to review products and keep bringing us new and exciting things to try. They even kindly sent me a whole email of recommendations for tasty chews that my dog would love and did all the leg work so I didn't have to. I have a ordered a few times now from Purely Pet supplies and absolutely love it, I can’t find another site that offers such variety at fantastic prices. I have two labs who have been poorly over the last year especially my youngest. We have had a long time having a lot of quiet ‘canine enrichment’ days whilst recovering and I have been able to find lots of suitable, good quality treats from PPS. It means my girls have been able to recover well with lots of good quality mental stimulation. When we started the rehab process it meant we needed more healthy treats and again PPS had a huge range of good quality healthy treats that my girls love. Communication is always spot on, I had a couple of things out of stock and they very kindly posted them later on with no extra postage charges. Delivery is always super quick and items well packaged. You can’t get better than Purely Pet Supplies for choice and service. Lauren is fantastic :)

The seller has great prices and a wide variety of stock...which is often not actually in stock. I have placed 7 orders with them since mid December 2019 and with every single order there have been issues with stock availability. Whilst occasionally that has been due to stock arriving at their warehouse damaged, other times it is advertised as being in stock when it isn't. Often the order is then sent at intervals, which is not often convenient. Perhaps this site is better equipped to serve dog and cat owners, but I'm a rabbit owner and I also often buy wild bird and hedgehog food. The last order was the last straw for me, when the main item I ordered was no longer available, yet had been advertised as in stock that very day, but they advise me there is now an issue with production from their supplier - well don't bloody advertise it as being in stock then! This also cannot be blamed on the Covid 19 issue, as this has been happening with stock well before then. I shall not be back and will now have to find an alternative online store. As I say, a great selection of products, had they actually been in stock to begin with!

Can’t recommend PPS enough! Huge selection of products at the lowest prices. They even created a special festive box tailored to my dog for her Christmas present! Tremendous value for money! Delivery has always been swift too!
