Got my carpets fitted today and they have fitted the wrong colour in my bedroom. Complete imbeciles. How you can fit the wrong colour when the entire upstairs is the same colour is beyond me! I'm paying an absolute fortune for these carpets and they go and do this! Then they tell me that it will take three working days before they even looked at the pictures I have to send, then they'll order the carpets! Absolute joke! I'm fuming!

I've never had such a poor experience with any other company before and i've shopped at Currys.. Ordering the carpet was fairly painless, but getting it installed has been nothing but a bloody pain in my arse with all kinds of stress. I've had zero communication from them about carpet that should of been fitted 4 days ago! and even after calmly speaking with their support it still takes me to call them to get anything rebooked. Even then there's another issue and i apparently have to wait another week! Only finding this out when i contact them to find out if was truly coming today! absolutely ridiculous!

Unbelievable experience..salesman unaware of companies t.v promotions but knowledgeable that any TV deal mentioning free fitting is with a SELECTED premium underlay of which starts at...£12 .. Ok .. TV advert did get me in the shop.. I queried a further offer pasted in the window within the Sunderland store ..from £4.79 with free fitting (..view small print re free fitting ) .. Salesman stated this carpet offer had nil sample pieces to view ..as larger branches stock swatches...and listed other places to try ......such a waste of time.. I'd have to provide deposit for a carpet I can't view ..Yes PRICE IS THE FACTOR on this occasion ..for a large Summer house.. Salesman then states 'try....online that offer might just be online'.. Hmm....as he was holding a tablet I asked would he mind checking.. ...as.. Offer is...... pasted on this Sunderland stores window..hmm Salesman was asked if he could liaise with other area/section of the business to have samples sent over....he agreed to source the carpet... and..... we will wait until Salesman's day off tomorrow. Really..

The staff are very approachable and friendly. They give you time to look around and with their help to make a final decision. Carpets were delivered on time and fitted perfectly by Darren & ? both very pleasant and helpful. Suite was delivered today and at the time stated by John-M and Jay-C. very pleasant also and very helpful. I would definitely recommend ScS Sunderland to my family and friends. Cracking Customer Care! Griffin Recliner Sofa received Thursday. Love it! Cant thank Gary Robson enough for the advice and guidance through the purchasing process. Jamie for contact afterwards too. Delivery was a dream. Kept updated all day as to when, where the van was etc. Brilliant. The lads arrived on time, were polite, pleasant, friendly, constucted and tested sofa in room. Then removed all packaging. You have an excellent team in Kris and Craig. Well done lads.

The staff at SCS in Sunderland were great. The thing I liked most was that we were allowed to look around the shop without being pestered, it wasn't the first shop we had been too and the previous shop assistant followed us and butted in our conversation making the experience uncomfortable but at Sunderland we were left alone to browse which was great. All covid safety measures were in place and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Visited ScS Sunderland last Saturday. All staff followed Covid rules impeccably. Despite these difficult times their warmth, professionalism and knowledge made the purchase of our new suite easy and a fun experience. Highly recommended

Everything OK up to now, though I still have to receive delivery of the sofa i have purchased (November I'm told). We'll see how things pan out.

Without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had the manager Rob did his best but inept head office and awful fitters that lied about the damage done gone are the days when the customer is right never got the money they owed me one customer who will not be returning

We went to SCS and were very happy with the service we received from the two young men in the Sunderland branch today they were very friendly and helpful in our decision on our purchase ,Would definately recommend.

Nice product which I bought. However, I was disappointed with the mindset of the salesman that seemed to be more interested in maximising the amount I paid on my first visit. In this case I needed to pay £75 for a deposit however he suggested he would round it up to £100 without any logical explanation. Really disappointed by this given my new custom and I would think twice about going back. Id be interested in what the management of ScS do to try and avoid such practices moving forward and 'look after' their customers best interests.

Came here on 19.2.20 I asked the man who worked there about disabled access to be spoken back to very abruptly that it's a 100 year old building so there was not much they could do about no access for wheelchairs any way the other slim guy was very helpful and kind he brought down carpet samples so we could pick and got the price down to a great offer very well spoken man and very helpful went to till where other very large guy was working with other customer now and to my horror he said to everyone why is people coming in to the shop now no 1 should be coming in now it should be quite well if that's who scs has representing them and greeting people no one will want to come here I couldn't believe he said it and clearly ment it as was very put out he had to do some work at half 4 the man who was dealing with us looked very uncomfortable that the big guy had just said that and sort of laughter it off I'm sorry scs this guy will cost you money and customers as I wouldn't want to be served by him !

Went to buy a sofa for my grandad . He new what sofa he wanted the college helped up to pick the size and which extra we wanted . We havent received the sofa yet and there upto 12 weeks but we happy with that and my grandad cant wait for the recliner 🙂
