    Absolutely horrendous company.....I had a little bump in my car which cracked the bumper and smashed the head light as the 1st picture shows.....1 of the drivers came to collect my vehicle( co parts were my insurance companies supplier......) He couldn't get it onto the transport truck the 1st time so decided to attempt the 2nd time to which he just hit the bottom of my car so hard he smashed the whole front end off my car... 2nd and 3rd picture.....😡😡 So careless and malicious and just in a viscious circle trying to speak to some1...On hold and when u get through they put u back on hold to speak with somebody else....Shambles and what an appalling service!!!! If I was able to not give any stars that's exactly what they would have had....PLEASE AVOID!!!!😡😡

    One of the worst service ever , sold me a car that says it had a log book , was told about delivery an hour before when they are suppose to call you 24 hours prior to delivery !!! they threw the car in the middle of the road with 2 flat tyres. They never answer the phone and even when they answer , they keep you on hold for 20 mins to 30 mins and then hang up , you call back and their lines are busy . Phone numbers bumps your phone bill to £10 within 15 mins . Staff are the rudest people i ever spoke to

    Welcome in Hell.Looks like menagers got nothing to Say down there...final decissions made by loaders which number one with waste customers time. Especially Mr SOUL which selecting customers.Was there as a first one On time and been loaded last one by him.spent 45mins On the Phone with site manager but Looks like they scared of Mr SOUL . WILL Try avoid this place in future.

    Horrible experience. Worst customer service. Put you on hold for 1hr+ and then just hang up so you have to repeat the cycle all over again. Can’t get basic information about my vehicle that I have paid for. Staff are evasive and not helpful. First and last time using Bristol Copart.

    Co parts had taken my car after it had been written off in an accident. I accepted thier offer of a cheque. They have my car. Going on three months now. I still have no cheque. Very difficult to get in contact with them. Automated service will tell you that you are second in line and then sorry we cant take your call. When you do call they will give you different versions of events in regards to your money Avoid at all cost.

    This auction by far the worse auction in UK 1st* Over charging fees imagine buying a car on the site for 1000£ You'll pay extra 760£ in fees Because they charge *dilevery fees, parking fees, vat on sale price, vat on total price, moving car fees, buyer fees etc.. 2nd * thing they keep your call on hold for hours to charge you more money because they don't have free phone number to call I paid 96£ phone bill just for them calling and staying on line!!! 3ed *thing for the car dilevery they well tell you 10 working days mine is going on 15 working days that mean over three weeks and still the van not here 4th* And last not least un qualified staff They give the total price on the 18th of May including the dilevery and I paid and waiting for my van to be dilevered And after two days I found that I still owe them money because the lady didn't calculate the fees Wright So that's another two days delay And if I didn't found that by my self I could be waiting and paying parking fees Ower my other charges If there is 0 rating I'll put but unfortunately l can't

    Absolute joke. Sit around waiting for over an hour, while watching 4 loaders parked up doing absolutely nothing and leaving just 1 loader working… I wouldn’t mind if it was a one off, but it’s every bloody time!

    Zero star rating. Booked a day off work to have my car collected, nobody showed up and didn't even receive a call to say that they wouldn't be coming or to re-arrange a date. Not happy at all. I didn't use them by choice and never will.

    If I could give 0 stars I would.....they don't call u 24 hrs before delivery and they left the car parked at the station with the keys on the tyre for more than a week , without me knowing and when I called them they said they delivered it at my house , fix up , I need a refund on the delivery

    I do not recommend Copart in Bristol. I have waiting for the car for over a month and still have not received it. I asked for a refund and I did not receive. I warn you, watch out for Copart Bristol. "Scammers"

    Waiting times on the phone are +20mins which are paid. Delivery department is not doing them work correctly and very slow to deliver the car. Complete mess try to avoid using bristol copart if you can.

    Laid good amount of money out on cars. Dealt with ASM and other auctions for a while and been easy to pay and turn up. I turned up with out making an appointment. So half my fault. Traveled 3 hours in a fuel shortage. Would not let me collect at all and wouldn't help me at all. Come back unloaded. They didn't want to help at all. Stay away of you are not buying bulk of vehicles

    This is the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. 2 F MONTHS TO RECEIVE MY CAR!!! People working there are out of this world. What a mess. Some days I thought they're UFOs or something similar. Absolute non sense. Copart Bristol is a disaster.

    Scam. My car was taken to there storage yard prior to it being returned to me. I soon found out that they decided without my permission to advertise the car on their website and try to earn off a car that doesn't belong to them. Then they delivered it to a scrap yard without telling me so the car was distroyed b4 I managed to get my belongings out. Total scamsters!

    Cheaters!!!! They bid on their own vehicles. I mean 2ho bids between 2am and 5am in the morning?? A car went from £200 to £1100 during that time and that is just one example. They do that to all their cars. Proper cheaters. Stay clear of these lot!

    Keep away if not good luck ! I paid for a car and delivery and still waiting been 6 weeks now I keep calling and all they say we do when we can or free too all I want is my car or money back PLEASE STAY AWAY OR LOSS MONEY OR A CAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Poor service and they charge for call 1£ /1min and they don’t care about you. Pooor company /after 3 weeks the car is still there /I pay 160£ for call but nothing. I pay for delivery 3 weeks ago and nothing I am not a scam I have photos and papers 167£ for call and nothing The car was 950£ + tax 1270£+ delivery =1500+call150£=1650£ total after 3-4 weeks the car is still there. PoOOOR COMPANY/SCAM COMPANY

    Unbeknown to me they were a salvage yard andAvivA instructed them to pick up my car . Five weeks later arrived at repairers battered to death and was repaired. However not telling me anything between them and AvivA they have rated my car a category N which is basically classed as a write off!!!!!! No one told me this. Dreadful

    I wasn’t aware of the new appointment approach for collecting cars and arrived without one. Natasha on reception and Dave the Yardmanager were very efficient and polite ensuring I did not have a wasted journey. Many thanks.

    This is the worst experience I ever had. I came in the yard at 8:30am and have been waiting outside in the rain for an hour just to get in the office. This is my 7th hour and I am still waiting. There is no coffee shop and not even a toilet (ok there is a unit but is full with s..it). Probably is very difficult for company making millions to invest in something and treat their customers better. I am sure that there are farms treating their pigs better than Copart Bristol their customers. Nothing against the staff in the facility but the management is redicilous.

    Jesus, have been looking into buying and selling salvage cars and have read the reviews on COPART, i think i'll give it a miss. what an awful sounding company, 2.9 out of 5 stars.. i don't think i'll bother it all just sounds like too much hassle from start to finish, how is this company still operating ???

    The telephone communication between my car Insurance and Copart was horrendous. My private licence plates that I retained and I asked Copart to keep back was completely ignored! Copart in person told me that private plates are binned! This was on the day I arrived there to remove my fitted stereo from my written off car. The only thing that was credible was that my traffic cam was still in the glove box. Something else that is almost inevitable is the wait for your car if you need to access it, which contradicts why an appointment has to be made in the first place! I even made an additional courtesy call to give a precise time days before my visit, and still I had well over an hour wait! The staff member who dealt with me was rude and obnoxious. I had to give him £5 as a deposit for a fluorescent bib whilst I was on site, and he refused to give me a receipt upon me handing him my money..His response was "No deposit, no stereo!" I was glad to leave the place!

    the worst copart i’ve ever been to! total shambles, no places to get a nice cold beverage or some decent food, forklift drivers very very slow, can’t give a rough estimate as to how long it will take to bring a car out .. have had some other drivers waiting for over 5 6 hours just to load one car, every other copart i’ve been to have been good however copart bristol is complete utter shambles would not recommend to anyone! especially if you’re travelling 3-4 hours way not worth the time and wait just a waste of a journey.

    I take ages to get connected and U need to pay stupid money for every call. Wait for car delivery 3 weeks now and still did not get it. AVOID this place it is last time when buy car in this facility. Very unprofessional U should learn from Westbury Copart how to run business.

    Hello sir/madam, Member ID: 1**729My name is Aleksandrs Turoks and I would like to make a official complaint regards the car that has been bought 19/02/2020 Lot nr 292811170 line a/120 Bristol BMW 320 2013. Particular case has been discussed with solicitor a he advised that car clearly has been missold under inappropriate category. All paperwork do have evidence that car should have Cat "N" non structural however its is cat "S" structural. Please take appropriate legal actions towards my complain within next 7 working days since 25.03.2020. If the flowing complain will be ignored will be taking legal actions and case is going to be sent to the instances to take further investigation . All evidences could be provided including cars stated cat on the invoice and cat on the v5c logbook. If this email is incorect please supply me with correct details where to complain. Kindest Regards, I'm olways ignored maby you will take care of my complaint here? Clear missal..... Avoid avoid avoid

    Waited more than an hour for my car even when i have already booked my time slot And its not just me other people too. And ots all because the workers was not bringing the vehicle in a queue. People who was coming after us was keep cutting the queue but no one bothered that we are waiting for long time.

    Bought a car though there online site. They wouldn't let me view the car before payment?!?! Makes you wonder why? I tried many times through email to contact them only to receive very curt/rude responses. It's a shame as I'd of liked to have done a fare bit of business with them. However I'm not heading over thousands of pounds to someone before I check the vehicle is as advertised. Be very wary of this company.

    At the end of February I arranged for my corsa to be sold at your Bristol auction. Since then I have not had any communication from the Bristol team. I have not got any clue of the car has been sold or not as I have had no contact whatsoever. The level of communication is nothing short of appaling and embarrasing.

    collections not allowed due to cover and charging the delivery and it takes 8 to 10 working days to deliver when in normal situation they weren't allowing that long for the customers to collect the car. So kind of double standard when it comes to customers its less than 8 to 10 days.

    My friend was collecting car for me That was busy period after Christmas. I won the auction Friday than couldn't log in because of password which you have to change so often with no reason. After log in there was slot available on 4th day. After going through security,office, nobody mentioned that there is storage fee to pay on top. I've found out that on the app while sitting on the yard. Went back to the office told them a story and been told that was a system fault and fee have to be paid for. Is it my system or was it yours faulty? They don't care all the way,rip off company. They bump up the bids to get better price for cars. Avoid if you can

Jeśli kilka ciężarówek stoi i czeka w kolejce to jeździ tylko jeden operator a dwie ładowarki stoją bezczynnie przez co czas oczekiwania wydłuża się nawet do 2h. W deszczowe dni trzeba zakladać kalosze żeby przejść przez błoto a w suche dni pyłu jest tyle w powietrzu że zgrzyta między zębami. Czasem auto jest na drugim placu i tam kierowcy ładowarek działają o wiele sprawniej i szybciej. Bramę mają ciągle otwartą przez co nie tracą czasu na otwieranie i zamykanie.

    Organised a day for collection of my crashed vehicle, could only give an all day time, said I need a call 2hrs before as I need to travel 1hr to the location. I took an unpaid day off work got there early waited all day and nobody turned up, called them up and was told, oh we haven't got time today!

    Damaged our vehicle. Didnt tell me for more than a week. Would not bring back vehicle when I asked them too. Only then they told me why. They pulled off our cars bumper etc and was trying to hide it. Car returned in a state. Also spun the vehicle in mud with an open door. What a mess! This all happened over our Christmas holiday. Ruined our holiday with train and ambulance strikes ongoing. Still have not reimbursed us. The worst experience ever.

    Company is shocking. Took 3 attempts to get my car collected. The Drivers either call you on a system where you can't contact them back and only call you once so don't miss a call as they don't leave messages to let you know its them, or they don't call at all and leave you in all day waiting, twice they never showed up. The call center staff are rude, arrogant, patronising and condescending. On the 3rd attempt my car finally went. Will not recommend.

    Not what I expected. Very busy. Staff are gems, they are dealing with some very difficult customers. The place is huge. There must be sooooooo many accidents in and around Bristol. Dealt with me in a very pleasant manner. Although in the end, they couldn't help.

    Had a technical problem with my app caused a bit of nightmare. The staff at copart Bristol did everything they could to rectify this for me. Brilliant staff, extremely helpful 👏 especially Natasha@copart bristol and the lad who sat on the front right desk. Definitely recommend Bristol copart

    Worst company ever! Avoid at all cost. Usually you see 1 or 2 bad things at a company but with Copart I don’t know where to begin from the horrible customer services or the time wasting if you book your car there’s a minimum 1 hour wait for absolutely no reason it’s like a rule to wait an hour. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg! A lot of the cars that are described as “Runs and drives” does not run neither does it drive. And if you look through there terms and conditions it’s a clear fraud. I’m very shocked this company is still allowed to operate. AVOID AVOID AVOID

    Terrible response. I bought the vehicle they didn't send the logbook for more than week. Then they say the vehicle will be delivered next day and made me apply and pay fee for a new logbook and I had to do road tax and insurance urgently. Then they say it will not be delivered for another 3 days. They didn't let me know or call me. I took a day off work for the car to be dropped. Wasted my day. Poor service. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend them.

    What a diabolical company to deal with. Had my car taken for insurance purposes, 5 months later they still have it. With countless excuses on why they can't deliver the car back to us. On one occasion couldn't even give me an excuse for why they can't deliver the car. An absalute joke of a company, stay well clear of these con merchants. Shame I can't give them a zero star, they don't deserve any

    Absolute joke of a company, passed form person to person who haven't got a clue between them, lied to by staff, lied to by head office staff, DAMAGED the font bumper on my car while on site and even STOLE bits off it, disgusting customer service, don't make calls back as promised, don't follow through with any promises. Wish my car had never have been sent there.

    They take bits of the cars, example Corsa spare alloy wheel missing stereo change for one five years older with no blue tooth , bought fiat Panda when whent to pick up it had lots more damage it turned out some one had dropped a car onto the front end , bought VW crafter and they had pushed it with a forklift truck putting a fork through backdoor.

    Shocking, placed bids on a car, won the car but not hit reserve, to and from regards a price they would accept, declined, it went back into the auction, I won it again for less than last time, again back and fourth regards the price, I get the car and pay along with a delivery price, over two weeks ago, got replies regards delivery and payments, once that was paid now three emails no reply, ring up and on hold for ages, get cut off three times!!!! This is a joke, if it was the other way around I would be incurring charges, just talk to me let me know what’s happening! Bought plenty of cars through Copart. Always had a good experience till now, reading the reviews it’s not just me!!!!!!!! Sort it out!!!
