The Power Tool Centre have recently sorted out a warranty claim on my Black and Decker cordless hoover. Their communication is great, with friendly helpful emails and the turn around time was super fast. They sent though the details to get my hoover collected free of charge and delivery was quicker than I expected. I looked for parts for my table saw for literally years! These guys had them and sent them over the Atlantic double quick. Nice original parts that nobody else in the world had! I’m very happy, and would definitely do business with these folks again.

The ordering process was quick and convenient. Shipping took a while but that has everything to do with covid-19 slowing down international commerce and nothing to do with the store. When the package arrived the envelope was torn and the actual item missing. I immediately suspected my mail carrier. Experience has taught me how careless they are with mail. That and the item had no resale value. I emailed Power Tool Centre and got a response almost immediately. They were very nice and sorted out a refund without me asking for one seeing as the couldn't ship out a replacement part to me. 5/5 star response from them. I expect to do business with them in the future.

I needed replacement parts for an old Makita mitre saw. It was faster and easier to order the parts from the UK than hope Makita Canada would react. The price was fair and shipping quite reasonable considering Power Tool Centre is 7000 km away. The service is amazing. The parts arrived in 10 working days, about the same as local mail if Makita Canada had acknowledged my query.

I ordered a replacement part for my Bosch sander on Monday afternoon and it was delivered to my home by the first post on Tuesday morning. The part was a genuine Bosch replacement and was easily fitted to my sander. Full sanding capacity now restored. I will definitely use Power Tool Centre again if only for their excellent service. These guys are champs- I ordered 2 items, each of them quite small. I got the delivery address wrong and phoned them up and they were both happy to change the address (as the order hadn't yet been shipped) but also to send out the item they had in stock separately from the one that was on back order. Really friendly customer service- didn't make me feel like it was too much trouble. I'll be bearing these guys in mind again given that I'll hopefully be buying a house in need of some restoration soon.

Ordered a part for Dewalt Drill, checked by telephone before ordering on line that it was available as shown in the parts list. Ordered using the part number shown along with payment, a confirmation was sent to me confirming the order & part number. Shortly after I received a despatch note showing a different part and part number to that ordered, I immediately phoned Parts Shop Direct who failed to explain why the incorrect part was being sent but eventually did agree to send what was ordered, NO Replacement Received, No Communication, No Correction of Your Error.

I made a warranty claim on a Black & Decker drill on August 8th, it was collected on August 9th and has been returned today August 18th. Collected and delivered by UPS at no charge to me. Absolutely fantastic. I ordered something from PTC via an online retailer, received quickly and was very happy. About 5 months down the line a manufacturing defect emerged, one that they couldn’t have been aware of when dispatching the goods. I had low expectations for a helpful response but after contacting PTC, they immediately dispatched a replacement part without quibble and were an absolute pleasure to deal with - I will definitely seek them out as a retailer in the future, their level of customer service is well above the average.

I purchased B&D trimmer 18 months ago. Last week it stopped working. I phoned customer service, my details were quickly found on record and it was picked up the next day. Within a week it had been repaired and returned to me in rural Scotland. As far as I am concerned this was a very high standard of customer service from very helpful people

This morning my Makita MLT 100 Contractors' saw decided to throw a 'hissy fit'. The insert screws on the table top have rounded and so I rang Power Tool Centre at lunchtime for a new set, so that the insert could be refitted and the spindle tightened. I was amazed that Anthony sorted it all out within 5 min's of me ringing. He knew what I wanted and I also bought a new set of 3 blades. It was so good to speak to someone who knew precisely what I wanted in an unfussy, businesslike way. Thanks PTC.

From my Initial enquiry to Power Tool Centre Ltd with regards confirmation on spare parts and prices for the Purchase of a new strimmer that i am considering, the customer service employee Courtney provided the Information that i required within the hour. From past experiences with some companies that i have dealt with the customer service has been lets say not what you would expect. Full Marks for Power Tool Centre for there excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend them from my own experience.
