Easy to park, great products, great prices, 1st class staff, especially the lovely middle aged lady with 4 very special children, can't fault

Found staff not helpful as stick was not available but an alternative was not given. I felt I had to go out and look at another similar product myself and then go back and being told again not in stock until Thursday 2 days later. It would be easy for the staff to offer alternative product in that is available.

Good all-round experience. Ordered online to collect in-store. Quick and efficient - no issues.

Ordered online and collected as planned after receiving the text that item was ready to collect. I was greeted in a friendly manner and served withing a minute or two of entering the shop. Great!

Been buying from Screwfix Blackburn for years now and had to bob in there today to see if they had a rubber washer for the lance connection to the hose on my pressure washer. They only had an assorted box and I was quite prepared to pay the £11.40 when Andy told me that he'd had a word with his supervisor and said I could just take the correct washer out of the box without buying the whole box. I know it's not going to bankrupt screwfix but it was still a nice touch, thanks Andy 👍👍
