😠 This was a disaster. Went here for the first time to try and get some of this very popular prime drink my son has been asking for. I was already unimpressed when they did not have the drink but then things took a turn for the worst. I was looking in the cereal isle for the prime drink when I stumble... Clearly disappointed after being a regular customer for 5 years, with the customer service. Went to buy a black cartridge for my printer Epson, which I've bought 4 years ago in Sainsbury. Now all the equipment to do the maintenance of the printer is not that easy to get anymore! When before we would get it from the shelve any colour for the printer or even the full pack of colours in 2 minutes... now you need to go to the Argus area, check on the screens if you are lucky you can get it from the closest Argus shop in PRESTON! Do we call this efficiency??? No... Then if you want to complaint. Go to the costumer counter, ask for the lady called Lucy and she will let you know "we don't sell Printers anymore. You need to complaint with Argus department! ( she turned around to her colleague and said in a way, it seems I was lying: we don't sell them anymore!") So... if you want to laugh I went back to the shelves, and what the picture shows? YES THEY SELL PRINTERS!!! APOLOGIES??? This Lady with the name LUCY, doesn't have the slightest idea of what does it mean CUSTOMER SERVICE! Worst, she did not even wanted to give me her name when I asked! I am shocked with this type of behaviour in this type of company. "The perfect site to do my day to day shopping." (Like I said on my previous review) Sorry but don't think so anymore!

This was a disaster. Went here for the first time to try and get some of this very popular prime drink my son has been asking for. I was already unimpressed when they did not have the drink but then things took a turn for the worst. I was looking in the cereal isle for the prime drink when I stumbled across roadkill in the middle of the isle. Very disappointed. I will never be coming here again. I ended up being sick and was having nightmares about this experience for days. Extremely poor.

I'm a fan of Sainsbury's but I seldom go to this particular branch due to the underground parking because of my little dogs don't like being left in the dark. The store itself is huge with lots of different brands and a huge clothes and homeware department. Worth a visit if you don't mind the underground parking.

A huge, very comprehensive Sainsbury's store in the heart of Blackpool. A wide variety of products and very good customer service etc. Just a shame that the café was closed on my visit this time. But the store is set in a real nice and modern square in Blackpool. Thank-you! :)

3hrs free car parking with purchase 1.5hrs free car parking without a purchase Perfect parking for a rainy day on the the first floor, further parking on the roof. Lifts, stairs and travelators for getting up and down to the ground floor supermarket. Argos inside Timpsons shoes and key cutting Cafe is now closed Good clothing section, pleasant shopping experience, not as much selection as some of the other bigger supermarkets but not too bad.

For a change we went to the Talbot road store today. What a mistake that was. We arrived at 12.42 on the car park entrance and yes, as other reviewers have stated there is good selection of foods, clothing and homewares. The problem is that in a shop this size there was ONE till open. We asked about this and was told that management don't listen when they pass customers complaints. We won't be coming in back, the experience was very, very poor and I feel sorry for the floor staff having to field these complaints.

This is a lovely big store, with a wide range of clothing and household items as well as groceries. It's well laid out and spacious , with helpful, friendly staff. It has plenty of parking space. There is a cash machine just outside the store. It also has toilet facilities. There are several bus services running to and from the store to Blackpool and it's just across the road from Blackpool north station.

Generally clean tidy and modern store. The only issue is I have been several times and no small trollies were available. I've had to go back up to the car park and get one. Baskets are stacked at tills and none available at entrance the store is lovely but the staff and processes need organising by the management.

On the way to catch the train, my son who’s 34yrs old got id’d, I told them I was paying for the energy drinks, he showed his id but she wouldn’t accept it. Oh my goodness I’m outraged, she was so rude, it was so bizarre. A first class jobs worth 🤬

This is a really nice modern build supermarket, however repairs go months / years to be fulfilled, whereas some have simply been masked over such as their window which is sturdy but in a thousand prices and took them 18 months to simply add a sticker on either side! Although this store is very clean, they have a double automatic door entrance which has a glass roof which has never been cleaned l, not very pleasant and doesn't set the scene when they have two enterences like thus either side Despite all the above, extremely friendly and welcoming staff throughout and we always enjoy our shopping experience here!

Very big indoor car park which is very accessible for the store, which is also huge! Only been once but will definitely go back for a more leisurely look around when I have more time.

Shopping experience was good, although when walking out, the security guard had harmed a young boy quite severely due to suspecting he had stole something (it was proved the boy didn't steal anything!) I believe the boy was taken to hospital after due to the injury.

Has everything you need including free parking for up to one and a half hours but prices are a bit high if you would like cheaper prices on sweets and a bigger selection you can go to home bargains in town which also sell cheap hair, beauty and hygiene products on top of many other things that you may need but if you need one store where you can buy everything you need at once it’s the place but make sure to bring bags because now the bags are 30p and the price keeps rising but the main upsides of shopping there is the free parking whilst you shop, the variety of produce and cheap Easter eggs on Easter and usually cheap products for Christmas but if you want cheaper boxes or roses and other chocolates usually the nearby onestop has an offer on during the Christmas holidays. Overall the cons do in my opinion out way the pros due to the expensive produce and expensive plastic bags

Large Sainsbury, lots of space, car park, toilets and cafe. Train station opposite.

I don't normally write reviews but the customer service I received from Miles yesterday at the Blackpool store was exceptional and I feel the need to give him some recognition. The 5 stars are for him not the store. He was so helpful, friendly and his product knowledge was excellent. Well done Miles, Sainsbury's are lucky to have you as an employee, I wish all the staff were like you! I am a regular shopper at this store and don't always find the staff there very friendly or efficient. Overall though the products, quality and prices are great.

Very clean and light. Staff delightful. And I got everything I went in for. Was surprised to find that you have to leave a deposit for a trolley. Not used to that any more in my local. So have your pound coin ready.

A very large shop. First visit & I was overwhelmed & got lost inside. Free parking over the store, but access had tight corners up the ramp. On the carpark cars coming & going all around. Had to excersize care.

To be honest I'm so used to my local store so it's strange to get used to this store. On saying that it is a well stocked store and friendly staff. Would recommend this store.

Parking was so much easier for disabled access. Argos available in store too. A little bit pricy, but a good range of stock, especially for Christmas items.

Well located with rooftop parking. Great varieties of promotions and nice items on offer. We bought some grow bag and plants 🪴 also some flowers. Would visit again if we are in the area.

Large airy store with plenty of choice and space for prams and wheelchairs. Staff friendly, and very clean, but the car park, although handy on the roof, was very annoying as we had to pay and didn't realise.

Large supermarket and I mostly find the quality of Sainsbury's own brand to be good quality and competitive with other supermarkets. Their gala apples are tiny though and I don't see why as when they had them on offer for £1 they were huge.

Centrally located next to the railway station in Blackpool boasts a multistorey car park for around 600 cars within its unique building. Sainsbury's has also got an Argos inside, plus a café to the first floor plus TU Sainsbury's branded clothing department. Shop at your leisure in store, with Christmas just round the corner it's ideal to stock up and festive treats, food and drink.

First visit to this store. Very clean & tidy. Found what I wanted easily + lovely, helpful staff. Thank you.

This is generally a good store but... the combination of the tobacco and customer services on basically one till is very frustrating. They actually have a separate till for customer services but it is very seldom staffed. The queues when waiting to purchase tobacco/cigarettes are very annoying when they are spending 5/10 minutes dealing with a customer services issue. You can see the staff are also frustrated with this inadequate set up. Sort it out Sainsburys!! And on a separate matter... When using the self service checkouts and you have to WAIT for a staff member to authorise an item they are normally chatting to a colleague and completely ignoring their duties. I have noted this is usually the younger staff who seem to be totally disinterested in actually doing the job they are employed for. In general the staff at this store seem to be demoralised. Sort it out management!!

Parking is easy to negotiate and the lifts are great for prams and small kids who don't fancy the escalators Store has a decent cafe with baby changing and loos. Great selection of produce and staff friendly

Quiet at 10am. Disabled parking beyond belief - so many spaces. Argos part ok. Could do with a shakeup though. Some lovely clothes for all the family. Habitat a bit pricey to say the least. Will go again after silly season over.

My mother was visiting the store and needed to use the toilet they were closed so she asked for alternative one as she has severe stomach condition the manager was very unhelpfull and very rude sainsburys uk just the same they needed bringing to book about this I will pop in at some stage to hear the explanation as sainsburys won't say anything

Nice clean store with plenty of variety and includes some homeware from Habitat. Free parking is available too, which is handy in Blackpool town centre, providing you spend £10 or more in store.

Needed some shopping and somewhere safe to leave my car. Did shopping which was better than expected as I got what I wanted at a more reasonable price than my more local manchester shops. Got a Costa cappuccino for my drive home 👍 Winner all round.

The staff are always in a hurry to take our baskets when we are at the self service check outs , even before we have paid for our shopping , they want our baskets. Can you just give us a minute to pack our shopping up before you ask us to get out of the way so you can take the basket. There is no shortage of baskets so let us finish our transaction before you dive in . Rather than asking us to move out of the way so you can get the basket , can you please just give us a minute to finish our transaction and pack our shopping up. Exercise some patience . Thanks

Excellent free parking (1.5 hrs i think) and super big wide isles. What more could you want from a town centre supermarket. Also has an argos.
