waiting.
I
ordered
£2000
of
equipment
from
PH
on
1st
July
2020
and
cannot
state
how
much
I
regret
choosing
them
over
competitor
websites.
Freight
in
covid
times
is
slow.
So
when
I
was
told
to
expect
a
2
month
wait
to
receive
my
order,
I
wasn't
surprised,
given
that
the
goods
are
imported
from
China.
However,
it
was
considerably
worse
than
that.
Mid
November
(4
months
later)-
2
weight
plates
arrive
and
my
order
is
marked
as
complete.
I
phone
up
the
company
and
have
to
argue
that
I've
ordered
more
than
2
weight
plates,
which
is
what
they
told
me
was
all
they
could
see
on
my
order.
It
later
turned
out
that
everything
except
two
weight
plates
was
on
a
separate
order
for
some
bizarre
reason.
End
of
November
(4.5
months
later)-
The
rest
of
my
order
turns
up.
However
when
I
build
my
new
powercage,
it
turns
out
there's
a
piece
missing.
Not
a
big
piece,
just
a
rubber
rest
for
the
bar
to
sit
on.
But
without
it,
the
bar
will
mince
up
the
metal
and
the
bar
will
sit
diagonal,
which
isn't
ideal
for
a
brand
new,
very
expensive
bit
of
kit.
It's
a
tiny
thing
which
will
fit
in
a
regular
envelope
though,
so
I
email
in,
expecting
it
to
be
a
fast
and
easy
fix.
Early
Jan
(5
months
later)-
A
reply,
possibly
automated,
saying
I'll
hear
back
from
the
support
team
soon,
but
to
expect
'a
certain
wait
time'
while
they
'consult
with
the
manufacturers'.
End
of
February
(Now,
7
months
later)-
Still
waiting.
Currently
using
a
piece
of
carboard
and
duct
tape
as
a
makeshift
weight
rest
to
avoid
damage.
Far
from
ideal.
Would
be
great
to
have
a
fully
working
device
within
12
months
of
buying
it.
It
might
be
faster
to
go
to
China
and
collect
it
myself
at
this
rate.
