absolutely shocking! this place isn't fit for purpose, they never have prescription ready and it is not unusual to have to make 3 or 4 visits before it is. I would advise people to try the other pharmacy in Cleckheaton I will certainly be switching to them.

Working in retail myself pains me to do this but … this is seriously the worst pharmacy I have ever used in my life. Shocking service, painful wait times, never answer phone. Even being put on hold on the phone when ringing insurance is preferable to using this pharmacy. All round abysmal

Placed an order for click and collect and this is the nearest one to me and I live in Mirfield, drove over on Friday as said was open all day and it was closed with the shutters down at 3pm! It's not open weekends unlike most other pharmacys and im working all next week so I'll be ringing to cancel the order. Should of read the reviews as looks like they do this often so would definitely advise calling to see if their open first.

Nice staff but prescriptions never on time & when we do receive them there are usually items missing. Nobody seems to answer the phones either, was ringing the pharmacy for over 2 hours, still no answer.

Always seem to be delayed or don't have your prescriptions sorted and ready to be collect, after a week of being sent by the doctors. Lloyd's direct doesn't seem to link with their system either.

Nice staff, but they have issues with getting prescription ready on time, for the prescription are never ready on time, constant delays, keep messing my daughters prescription up constantly, if they are open longer in the day and open 6 days a week, they might actually have the prescriptions ready on time and not make excuses for themselves, then they might keep their customers.

the service is asleep. I always wait 30 minutes in the queue, even when there are 2 people in it. I do not recommend.

Terrible pharmacy, closed door policy, customers have to wait outside and a member of staff comes out to take your order I had to wait outside for half an hour to get my prescription elderly and frail customers have to wait outside in the cold with nowhere to sit down will not be using again disgraceful place

I can't understand that long waiting time! 40 and 30 minutes ,, after that you got 10 minutes for preparation!! One of these times after 20 minutes waiting I've been told the medicine is not available!👌

Not great. I had a Call from dr at 9:am who sent prescription straight to LLoyds. Rang the chemist at 3pm to check if it was ready, the lady replied with not yet, are you wanting it today?! Well yes it’s a Friday, and I’ve had the dr prescribe me it!

The pharmacist with a personalised numberplate who works here parked across the back end of 3 cars blocking us all into the car park. We were blocked for 20+ minutes trying to work out whose car it was. In the end my partner figured out who it was from the security guard at the doctors next door. When the pharmacist came out to move his car, he didn't apologise, look in our direction or even acknowledge that we existed. Clearly his time is more important than his customers?

I would just like to say a huge thank you to all at Lioyds Pharmacy. The whole team are lovely, always happy to answer your questions, always smiling and are always willing to go above and beyond expectations. This morning, despite backlog on prescriptions, deliveries in and out and queues through the door, they were still smiling. Huge hug to Danielle, she is amazing despite being rushed off her feet. Keep going, stay healthy, keep smiling you are all very much appreciated xxx
