Lovely grassed area for ball games and swings and play area is fenced off. Picnic tables available too. Pathway all around the park with plenty of trees and shrubs. The Last Post is a post where pets identity discs can be placed to remember them when they've deceased. Pathway at the end of the park which leads to Westgate. Pleasent walk by the fields

Visited the park for the first time in a while and was very pleasantly surprised with what I saw. It had been given a complete makeover with a brand new play area for the kids. To be honest, it'd been crying out for one for years.

I love this park. It has so many interesting parts like the wild flower garden, complete with natural pathway. Fantastic and safe play area. The park is used by dog walkers, adults having a walk with friends, children with parents. The only negative is the recent vandalism of pulling down small trees and young teenagers taking over the rotorua seating and throwing empty bottles and rubbish around. It is to be hoped people will keep using this lovely park and not shy away from it because of the anti social behaviour.

Lovely park. We take our dogs( always clean up after them) and kids here daily, To the group who keep it...well done your doing an amazing job. The Easter hunt went down a treat, our youngest loved it 😘.

Use it for exercise. Very spacious, seats, pleasant views.

This park is looked after and kept clean by the local people wanting to have a area that can be enjoyed by everyone. It was nice to see that the grass was been cut and some pruning taking place. There's also two marked out football pitches along with a small play area. Overall a very clean and tidy area that's appreciated by everyone.

Beautiful Park good for dogs and kids. Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Nice to see such effort gone into a park, beautiful flowered boarders which are very well kept and hosts a variety of all year round blooms. Best Park in the area as its always well attended.

Its not a bad park for children and dog walking

Very nice park, lovely play equipment for the kids and lots of excellent work done by the friends of West End park committee! Good for wildlife too, although that does include the occasional rodent... Overall though, extremely nice for an afternoon out.

Just been upgraded, only issue is teenagers leaving rubbish everywhere.
