Faye and the team made me feel very welcome. She explained what was wrong with my feet and offered various ways of treating the issue. The treatment I received was great, Faye always explained what she was doing and why, also recommending different treatments for athletes foot too. Got an appointment some time ago. Paid almost 70 pounds to hear that they don’t know what is on my foot. After couple of emails (got in to touch that I am not happy with the outcome of the visit) finally got diagnosed that it’s a verruca. Went to see another podiatrist and got told it’s a corn. I am getting treatments now and it’s getting better. The worst money ever spend.

I was in so much pain with an ingrowing toenail, I was due to go on holiday and needed help quickly. Telford Podiatry were so helpful and understanding and Faye gave up her breaktime to see me and resolve my painful toe. I can not thank the ladies enough for their help, care and compassion. Would recommend anyone to this caring company.

Really great service, went in for something completely different and was surprised to learn I had athlete's foot (slight reddening of the skin) Fayes also removed a load of dead skin that i wasnt even aware I had (see pic), will definitely make this a regular thing to look after my feet, thanks guys

The team here are so friendly and welcoming, 100% recommend! From the initial phone call (which I was really nervous about) I was immediately put at ease speaking to one of the lovely ladies who was so helpful and booked me in less than a week later! I saw Faye who treated my ingrown toenail and she was so friendly and put me at ease. Will definitely use again in the future and recommend to everyone else to do so!

I cannot thank Faye and her team enough! I had suffered from a painful. ingrowing toenail for several years, which affected many aspects of my life. I had nail surgery in December, which was a huge success. I have suffered no pain whatsoever since the surgery, and one month later, my toe is completely healed and I can wear any shoes I like! Best money I have ever spent!

I visited Telford Podiatry on 19/07/22 as a badly cracked heel with deep fissures and flapping skin I myself tried to repair quite frankly caused a mess. Faye expertly not only repaired the diy damage but was able to leave both feet including the heels looking smooth so that you could hardly notice and offered good advice on how to keep them in this condition. I was well chuffed and can thoroughly recommend Faye. The clinic is spotlessly clean and Faye appears to have all the tools necessary to undertake any podiatry work. as a footnote it was during the recent heatwave when i visited and on arrival i was given a complimentary bottle of chilled water which I thought was a nice touch.

Excellent service from initial consultation to final sign off. Faye & staff are very welcoming, friendly and offer excellent communication from booking appointments to offering advice for treatments and after care following treatment. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone who needs any sort of foot care or treatment.

My very first experience of visiting a podiatrist. Arrived and straight away greeted in a friendly and caring way. Treatment with Faye was excellent, very gentle and thorough. Faye asked if I had any problems or worries, she then explained everything she was going to do and why. My feet felt wonderful afterwards, as if I were floating. My son had an ingrowing toe which we could not get resolved through the GP. The team at Telford Podiatry were able to get him seen and commenced treatment. Surgery was required and the operation was a success. The after care has been faultless, with very good advice. All in all, highly recommended and very reasonable. Well done and thank you.

What a wonderfully warm welcome we had on my elderly Mum's first ever visit! She was rather apprehensive and nervous to begin with but by the end of the visit she felt like you were all old friends! Everyone was so friendly and courteous and each step of the treatment was explained for Mum to easily understand. Before we left she even had her photo taken with the Queen in your beautifully decorated reception!👑🇬🇧. Thank you all so much - Mum is now looking forward to her next visit😃
