Terrible.
1.
The
doctor
was
not
thorough
with
me
and
missed
2
moles.
When
my
wife
went
she
was
given
a
back
and
front
image
of
a
body
to
mark
where
some
moles
of
concern
were
located.
I
was
not
given
this,
and
forgot
about
them
at
the
time.
I
would
have
remembered
if
given
the
diagram.
2.
I
had
one
mole
that
they
wanted
to
biopsy,
which
they
did,
by
shaving
it
completely
off,
which
is
fine,
but
then
the
"nurse"
-
if
she
really
was
a
nurse
-
taped
cotton
wool
over
the
wound,
instead
of
applying
a
proper
sterile
dressing!
Needless
to
say,
it
became
infected,
and
a
week
later,
it
still
is
and
causing
a
lot
of
pain.
My
wife
is
a
student
nurse
and
she
laughed
at
this,
and
said
why
didn't
they
use
a
proper
dressing?!
My
dad
who
worked
in
pathology
was
speechless
at
this
stupidity.
His
comment
was
"
What
!!!!!!!
Just
a
piece
of
cotton
wool
--taped
on..
Did
she
think
she
was
taking
blood.
That
is
disgusting
!!"
When
they
called
me
back
with
the
results,
they
said
it
was
all
fine,
just
a
normal
benign
mole,
but
the
doctor
would
like
me
to
"go
in
and
have
a
chat
with
me
about
it".
Obviously
this
is
just
a
grab
for
more
Medicare
money
unnecessarily.
I
said
no,
I'm
not
coming
in,
if
he
wants
to
talk
to
me
then
he
can
call
me
"oh
we
can't
discuss
anything
over
the
phone"
-
what
a
load
of
rubbish.
They
charged
me
$126.25
for
this
non-thorough
unprofessional,
medically
negligent
waste
of
time.
(Edit)
It's
now
10
days
later
and
the
wound
us
still
Infected,
so
I
thought
id
mention
that
if
they
had
cut
it
out
instead
(LIKE
I
REQUESTED)
then
it
would
have
healed
by
now.
But
no,
he
insisted
in
doing
a
shave
biopsy.
I
wonder
why.
