đź‘Ťđź‘Ť I had gone into the ER after having a severe seizure (I have epilepsy so it's common). They saw me right away. Got an IV in no problem and were very understanding that I was still out of it. I am always super satisfied with this hospital.

They were slammed with sick people, but they got me in quickly. They performed the tests really fast. The problem came when it was time to be discharged. I was told it was going to be 15 minutes, and all they had to do was print my discharge papers. An hour and a half later, no one had talked to me, so I went to ask a staff member about it. She interrupted me in the middle of asking about the papers and told me to sit down. I know she was stressed, but I was surprised by the attitude. I sat down and waited for another 30 minutes without anyone checking in. I ended up just walking out without discharge papers. I think they’ve focused on getting people in and treating them quickly, which is fantastic! But they neglected the back end process, which means tons of sick people sitting there waiting, and possibly reinfecting people with different viruses and bacteria. I would recommend going to urgent care if you can. I couldn’t, so I ended up in the ER.

Worked in healthcare for many years! Truly believe Dr Carly Loner is the worst representation of a caring doctor. Very dismissive and talks down to patients concerns! I can tell she the someone most nurses would hate to work for on any shift. I mean there’s a shortage of every healthcare worker however this provider is worth about a 0 star!! If you’re looking for a doctor to listen and come up with a collective health care plan and she happens to be the doctor working. Take yourself to a different location. Sadly if you go in alone to seek care good luck trying to advocate for yourself because she will not listen. Positive note!! All nurses and radiology tech are amazing. Sadly they have to work along side that provider

The staff at NS-ER was awesome. (Although they did leave me tangled up in a bunch of cords & wires that weren't hooked to anything. lol I spent nearly 24 hours in the ER due to no beds available upstairs? & sometime Saturday morning untangled the cords myself. Not too big a deal. Otherwise the staff was very good.

If you value your life you will go ANYWHERE else. Last time I was here they messed up my chart, tried to kill me with sugar (I'm diabetic), and were just plain incompetent. I love hearing how the dr was distracted by the nurses. Instills much faith. NOT. Every time I'm brought here it's always the same. They really take practicing medicine to heart here.

The staff was very attentive very helpful. Except for the word PA who seem to think he was too good to help me but he ended up having to cuz no one else was around. I know you have to have security but that was a difficult issue with my family members. Your food is excellent.

I was just seen here for having bronchitis. The PA and nurse Dawn were absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be more satisfied. They treat you like a human here! Keep up the good work ladies.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband came here today for heat stroke. We spent 4 hours waiting for a room and he was never hooked up to any monitoring. Not only that, they purposely separated us when he couldn't speak for himself. I feel as if his previous trip here made them biased about how to treat him. Four hours in that time frame, they never read him any of his blood results, and they gave him one bag of saline the entire time when they said he needed 2 and he never got medication that they said he needed. Normally, I would be understanding about this and being short-staffed. However, we saw multiple people received rooms even if they arrived after him and they had little to no symptoms. Half of those patients were eating fast food for christ's sake. The staff were very disrespectful to us as well. Whenever I asked about a status of his wellbeing and progress, since my husband had been separated away from me, i was met with venom. Nearing the five hour mark we left AMA since he was being, well, neglected. Go any where else.

Unfortunately this ER is closest to me, but Again..Had a disappointing experience. My pain was ignored, my anxiety ignored.waited 6 hours to speak again to PA. NEVER saw an actual Doctor! " skipping up and down halls with lollipops in their mouths, flirting with doctors. " on their phones. This ER reminds me of a high school social club. Not professional, Very Cold. Judgemental, hurried and rushed. Also more students than doctors. Why go into the Medical field and work in the ER,if you are not willing to provide upmost care for patients in ER setting?

Everyone was not only attentive, but kind, thoughtful, and listened very well. They accommodated my disabilities and made me feel safe and assured. I've been in several ERs, mostly as support, but this is the best I've experienced.
