This is what I got after I asked for light ice. Let’s be honest, if you think I was hacking to get more of the drink, you could certainly choose to charge extra, I have no problem with that. I didn't want to ask for specific numbers of ice either to get me real “light ice”. If, despite following certain measurements ruled out on a cup, it that really hard to provide a bit of humanized and empathetic customer service?

Drinks have always been good, though during their busy periods of the day the inside is typically standing room only while the drive thru can have upwards of a dozen cars in it before you even make it to the window. The waits times are fair considering the number of orders but that tells me that perhaps this Starbucks should consider expanding it's size or bringing in more baristas to accommodate the high traffic times of day. Always been service with a smile.

Not the smallest Starbucks I've been in, but not the largest either. Coffee is still overpriced but I guess that's the way of everything right now. There's another Starbucks about 1 mile down the road towards the freeway. This one served its purpose really well because I was staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. Everything else is as expected for Starbucks.

I would just like to thank Hudson for messing up my order for the 15th time. I stopped coming here because of you and after 2 months I figured it was safe to hit the drive thru. Man was I wrong!

This is our local Starbucks, and it is painfully slow every time we visit. The employees are friendly, but it takes 30 minutes to get a drink, whether you go inside or do drive thru. Other locations in the area move way faster. I recommend driving a few miles south on I25 -- you'll save a lot of time.

Never been into this location before but I had to write a review because this team was obviously swamped but they were all smiles and also I kept hearing them tell one another "great job!" and "you're doing awesome." One barista made it a point to tell everyone who walked out to "have the best day" even though she was essentially juggling like eight drinks at a time. It put a smile on my face.

this coffee is majors in great accuracy of your drink your request. they have a great staff. they can over price a little bit but it is definitely worth it

The two stars are for the turkey bacon sandwich. Otherwise, there is nothing good about the service here. I got a chai latte yesterday that was terrible, even after the remake. The first one had none of the customization I asked for. Also, the store was incredibly slow. It took 25 mins to get a chai latte and a sandwich.

The only problem was that for about 3 weeks if you went inside to order, you could easily count on a 20-30 minute wait. The drive thru was right at 12-15 minutes. I ordered my usual hot, white mocha and that's it. I was 5th in line and I felt so watching the sweet barista, who always has something nice to say to everyone, and somehow my name got lost. There were 2 names (Sheri) that were even spelled the same but that wonderful girl got it figured out and was the one who got me on my way. Sometimes the wait seems not worth it, then you meet someone like her and you think, "ya know, things could've been a lot worse!" As soon as I get her name I will post it here. It took 17 mins to get 3 drinks. Bathroom was disgusting. Manager was very lazy.

Do NOT plan to go through the drive thru. This is honestly the worst drive thru I think I’ve ever been to. I even had a mobile order for convenience. I started my stopwatch once I saw we were just sitting there. I was only 4 cars from the window and it took 23 minutes. Absolutely awful!

I’ve never ever seen such a slow Starbucks. Or any coffee/fast food place. You also can’t get out of line if you can’t wait any longer with how the lane is set up.

Extremely SLOOOWW!!! Be prepared to wait 15+ minutes for a coffee! Stopped for a “quick” coffee after work and waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru for 1 coffee! This place needs to speed it up! That wait time is ridiculous!

The team had great energy with awesome team engagement and moral! They all worked efficiently with kind smiles on their face. Each customer welcomed as the entered the facility. They fluidly worked around each other, looked out for each her and cheered each other on! Leaving this place in a better mood today.
