I always go to this place and they generally do a good job and today was very upsetting I went in first thing once they opened and was not satisfied with my eye brows and my upper lip the lady did not take her time and sped by through I can understand if you have a full house but there was 2 employees working and only 2 people were waiting. Your guys service needs to focus on quality other than quantity on how many people you can get through the door. RIDICULOUS. I want a refund so I can go fix my eyebrows somewhere else.

Good with threading but Tinting them not so great. Wouldnt recommend it to you. It was 630pm when I went in to get my eyebrows done there for the first time tried asking her to fix them after tinting them she blamed my eyebrows for being wierd. The whole point of tinting Is to fill in what has no hair so you cant blame the eye brow, especially when they are thin and they did them thick.The next day I asked them to fix it or to refund my money and they told me no because it was pass the 22hrs or to come the next day to tell the lady about my problem. The tinting didnt stay for a day to be honest and one side is thicker then the other side.

I have big bushy caterpillars on my face so it’s important that I have a good threading place. I’ve been to a number of the ones on the east side of denver, but this is definitely my new favorite. Fantastic service, she was very fast and accurate.

I told them I didn’t want super thin brows. I prefer a clean thick brow. The lady rolled her eyes. When she finished the took off more than I wanted. When I asked why she did that she just shrugged and said it fits my face more. It’s not what I wanted. They are very unprofessional.

Worst attitude and service here. The staff are awesome though. AVOID THIS PLACE. Worst eyebrow threading experience of my life. My brows were already shaped, so all I asked for was a simple clean up. I was also careful to ask not to have them threaded too thin, and that I wanted to keep my brows nice and full. I ended up with pencil thin brows, with two bald spots on my right. Really upsetting to have to pay for service, especially when you aren’t happy with the outcome. I will not be going back. Save your money, and avoid this place.

A couple of days ago my mom went to get her eyebrows done and was later convinced by employees to get a full face. She has been going there for two years now without any issues, however this time around a new lady (who we have never seen there before in the past two years) did her threading. The whole time the lady was criticizing her, saying the hair was too long with many more rude and completely unnecessary comments. My mom kept telling her that the threading felt different and painful (take in mind that my mom threads her face often). The lady threading kept telling her that is was normal and to stop exaggerating. Unfortunately the threading gave her a huge rash. It has been five days now and it is still there. Her face is still swollen, red and with a rash. This experience alone is enough to NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go. She has had her face threaded there many times over two years and never has this happened so please take into account and check credibility on who is being hired at this company!!

The first time I went, I thought my eyebrows looked good because I got the tint. I was told the tint usually last 2 weeks. It lasted about 2 days. I tried them again without tint and my eyebrows are messed up. I have thick eyebrows and Anu made the ends too thin. The shape is horrible. I will have to wait months before they grow back in the right places.

Left my eyebrows horrible I’ve NEVER had curved every brows always had an arch and now my eyebrow doesn’t have a arch. These eyebrows don’t even look like first, second, or third cousins. Very upsetting because previously I liked how they left them but this is disappointing would not recommend anymore.

I really like this place! It is really nice and professional and they do it amazingly! I have tried SO many places to get my eyebrows done and I was never satisfied. I have been here multiple times now and I recommended everyone to get your eyebrows done here, they make it however you like! The customer service is also amazing, they are so nice, understanding! I highly recommended people to get their eyebrows done here!!!
