I purchased my wedding dress from Platinum Bridal and had a WONDERFUL experience working with them, from the beginning to the end. I had gone to two other bridal stores before my appointment with Platinum Bridal and by the time I got to Platinum Bridal I was exhausted from trying on dress after dress after dress. One thing I appreciated the most about Platinum Bridal and working with Monica Washington was that she really took the time to listen to what I liked and didn’t like from dresses I’d tried at other stores, what I was feeling self-conscious about with my body, etc. Monica was able to make recommendations that I wouldn’t have thought of without her expertise. I ultimately ended up saying “yes to the dress,” to one of the dresses she had picked out for me, based on the input I’d been giving her! The shopping experience at Platinum Bridal was really nice as well; the store has a very glamorous feel and isn’t crowded at all. Platinum Bridal also has sample sizes that fit the average woman (which was not my experience at other bridal stores). I will absolutely be recommending Platinum Bridal to any of my friends that are getting married in the future!! If you are considering Platinum Bridal - go for it!!!

I had an amazing experience here. Everyone was communicative, they listened and provided great feedback to lead me in the direction I wanted to go. The energy was phenomenal and I felt like a queen! They offered many compliments and always made sure I was comfortable. They gave me great insight on different things to look for and feel for when choosing the right dress. They gave me great inspiration and are working with me on creating my perfect dress. All in all, I would highly recommend this bridal shop. Plus, they’re black owned which was really important to me. They gave me the exact experience I was looking for. I can’t wait to see the finished product!

From the minute we walked into Platinum Bridal we knew we were in great hands. Monica took the time to really understand all aspects of what our daughter was looking for (price, style, venue type, and turn around time). She brought out only dresses that met our daughter’s specific criteria. We had a very comfortable area for viewing all of the dresses, and Monica was extremely helpful and fun in the dressing room. Once our daughter narrowed down her selection to two dresses, Monica took us into the “window room” with so much natural light, and had her try on the final two dresses again. Once the final choice was made, Monica coached our daughter on how to carry her bouquet, the right type of vail for her particular dress, and anything else she had questions about. Our daughter lives over 4 hours away from Platinum Bridal, but they made pick up and alterations a breeze for us, allowing my husband and I to pick up the dress for her, and offering alterations closer to where she lives. They also went over dress and vail steaming instructions to make sure everything was perfect on her special day. I have already recommended Platinum Bridal to several friends, and wish I had known about them when my older daughter got married! I can’t speak highly enough, they were fantastic!

These women are amazing! I loved my experience picking out my wedding dress with Monica, she was so lovely and personable! She respected my budget and didn’t dare put me in a dress that would be too expensive for me, I never once felt pressured to buy with any sales shticks! I really enjoyed that she brought me the dresses to try on, they have such a wonderful variety to choose from, it would have been overwhelming if I had to go through and pick dresses myself, but Monica’s expertise shined through as she picked the perfect dresses for me to try. I said yes to the dress today and I am so happy it was with Platinum Bridal, thank you so much!

This place was such a great experience! It is located in a tech center (at first I wasn't sure I had the right space, they have extra signage to reassure you), but once you get upstairs you're in a whole new world. These ladies run a clean and sharp operation. Don't feel any apprehension about not browsing their selection yourself. The consultants are fantastic and know the collection like the back of their hand. Tori identified my style and brought me dresses that were exactly what I asked for as well as a few just slightly outside of what I was familiar with so that I could really get a feel for my favorite style. I loved the bright open room where you can go try on your dress in natural light. They have a very wide range and will help you find the perfect dress.

Tori was amazing!!! So great to work with. Kind, patient and didn’t feel like she was just trying to get me to buy a dress. So glad we found this place! I had wedding dresses I loved from other stores too so it was a hard choice, best experience trying on dresses and finally purchasing!

I can’t say enough about Platinum Bridal! I went today with every intention of going to additional stores before saying yes to any dress. Platinum Bridal messed up all my plans 😂 Tori was my stylist and she listened to what I wanted and found the perfect dress. The shop is stunning and so comfortable. They have a giant room with lots of windows so brides can get a feel for how dresses will look in natural light. If you are even thinking about going here, go! This family and women-owned business exceeded my every expectation!

I had been to two other bridal shops before here and had terrible experiences. As a plus bride it was very hard to try on different dresses without larger sizes being available. Platinum Bridal not only had dresses in plus sizes, they treated me like any other bride. I felt respected and I felt that they heard everything I had to say. Tori took the time to get to know me instead of just trying to make a sale. She listened to everything I liked and where I was feeling self conscious. Her expertise showed when she pulled the last dress out for me. She said “just try it on and see, I think this is it”. She was 100% right. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome. I will forever recommend this shop, especially to plus brides. I have never felt more beautiful than I do in my dress from Platinum Bridal. 💜
