UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!. This company needs to be investigated by trading standards or the financial ombudsman services / or the police. They are simply ripping people off. Got a ticket in my own car park basement.. in my friends car. went upstairs to get the permit came down and the vultures had already been. I appealed. I even attached an authorised letter from the driver owner to appeal on his behalf. Got a email to say appeal denied. Pay £100. Cant phone. Cant speak to anyone. Cant get through to anyone. absolute terrible. Out of anger and wasting time i simply don't have the energy to keep trying and will just simply pay as i cant be asked with court letters etc.. on a parking ticket. This company is radicicolous, I've seen other reviews and similar stories from people. How is this company existing to rip people off and getting away with it legally.

They don't even deserve one star. Consider this as ZERO stars. These people are bandits and they need to be investigated. I submitted a renewal for a permit application two months ago and I still haven't got a response. All the while they then issue a penalty charge. Last year, I had a valid permit displayed and I still got a penalty charge. Eventually I got it appealed through an independent court, to which they didn't even show up. Absolute crooks. Get out of our estates.

Shocking company - I received a parking ticket in my private car park, despite having a permit displayed. The permit had curled up in the sun, but you could still read it if you had any desire to. Letters sent to the wrong address, so missed those (They used to just put a ticket on the car but I guess this way, it's easier for you to miss it). Contacted by another scummy company to collect a now £175 charge (FOR HAVING A VALID PERMIT), and the PCN number they issued (the debt collection company sent a copy of their letter) is no longer valid on their website or the phone - So I can't even talk to anyone about it. Horrible company, preying on vulnerable people. Can't wait to have a chat with the ticket officer when I next see them in the car park ;)

I have received 2 parking charges within 2 days of each other. I just moved to property I live at now and didn’t have a permit to display. They have given me 2 tickets for not having a permit that I couldn’t get, due to just moving in. I appealed but they rejected it. I called another parking appeals company that said UK Car Park Management is a very unfair company that always rejects appeals. It’s actually disgusting to be so desperate for money and charge people for absolutely no reason!

Much like every person here, I received a parking ticket for being parked lawfully, actually in my own bay. They claimed I was not displaying a permit which doesn't exist, and eventually they dropped the ticket on independent arbitration. The knew the permit didn't exist but still rejected my initial appeal to them. They were clearly acting not just in bad faith but possibly illegally and I would be interested in pursuing some further action against them. I will also be petioning the land management company to drop them as parking enforcement.

Scammers. I received 7 parking charge notice because of not displaying a valid permit whereas I actually did. I appealed online and after typing in the reference number and registration plate, there are images of my vehicle on that day. The images even included close-up of my valid permit!! If you are scamming me for not displaying a valid permit while I actually do, at least don't post the images of me having the permit!! Stupid and cunning individuals. They literally come to the car park where I live every day and try to make as much fine as possible from us who have obeyed the car park rules. They should be banned everywhere in the UK.

1 star is 1 too many!! Received 2 parking notices from these clowns. My vehicle was apparently parked in a private car park in Epping. At the time I was out of the country & the van was in a locked garage at my home in Manchester. I'm told, after calling the police in Manchester & Essex, that my number plate has been cloned. I've sent the details of both reports including police incident numbers but haven't heard anything back from them. I've even sent a photo of my van which looks completely different to the one in their photos. Watch this space...

fined £100 for overstaying parking in M&S in Moseley B13. Parking restrictions are new and sign is only visible if you drive into the car park coming from the left. Signage is so small that I had to take a picture and magnify it to be able to read. M&S useless. I spend hundreds of pounds every month and they can't do anything

They actually can't read, even on appeal they claim that the words: "Maximum stay 12 hours, no return within 24 hours" means "display a visitor scratch card" - not mentioned anywhere on the sign but they claim that terms in their heads (not written down) are enforceable. It'll be a cold day in hell before they get a penny from me and I will be lobbying at the next AGM to have them kicked off. UPDATE: independent appeal body agreed with me and cancelled the ticket

Absolutely awful company. I appealed car parking fines that I received unfairly. (didn't receive these for 3 months either) and now they are saying I am to be chased by debt collectors. Also, how do you speak to these people over the phone? You can't. It's impossible. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I have no idea how this company still exists. Spoke to the debt collectors on the phone, they adviced me that once this company goes this far, they refuse to then speak to us. I basically now have to either pay £340 which I do not have, right in time for Christmas by the way - or go to court. This company is absolutely disgusting.

Genuine scam company. Need to be seriously investigated by the Ombudsman. I parked in a car park when their "system was down" to quote the member of staff. I couldn't input my details and was told not to worry. I get a court notice 2 months later. I phone them - get told they don't deal with appeals on the phone and am told to submit an appeal online. I go to submit an appeal online - it says I need to phone them! There's no way to get through to customer service - it's a fake phone line! Absolutely crazy, still trying to resolve it 3 months later.

Total scam. I was on holiday and I left my car on the bay that I rent from them ! They were coming everyday giving me tickets and sent them to my home address instead of living a notice on the car. I pay for the specific parking lot and you fine me ? Also , you can’t see that my number plate is registered with your system for the parking lot ?

Terrible company - they ignore appeals then pass onto various debt recovery companies to harass you! Got a fine through and appealed sending photographic evidence of ticket machine taped up with black bin bags, heard nothing back until a year later when letters started coming threatening court action. Loads of people have had the same issue here and they won’t accept responsibility for their customer’s errors BE AWARE!!

Absolutely shocking!! how is this company even trading?! They gave a parking ticket twice to my other half who was parking in his own numbered parking space and his number plate was registered on their system?! In the end the company he pays his service charge had to sort it as they are a client of this scam of a parking company. They then decided to give me a ticket on my car, I advised that I had a permit (sent a picture to them also on appeal) but it had dropped from my dashboard - which is easily done we are all human are we not!! But yet they rejected it and I ended up paying simply down to the fact that it had dragged out for so long. You cannot contact by e-mail or phone because its all automated! This company needs to be dissolved! It's sickening how they treat people!!

Private parking firms should be illegal, and the people who run these businesses should be ashamed of themselves. I take pleasure in knowing that I work hard and contribute something to society; it’s how I paid my unjustified fine. I’m lucky; financially, it means very little to me. However, I remember a time when it would have hurt. For many, £60 is a lot of money and would have been an added injustice in an already unfair society. That is why I’m writing this “review.” The directors of this “business” are disgusting parasites, contributing nothing but misery. They may, on the surface, feel satisfied, even trying to tell themselves they are contributing in some way by managing our country’s parking. But deep down, they know they are pathetic, useless scum preying on the vulnerable. If they don’t know that, then they are deeply ill, potentially psychopathic. We all only get one life; being a sentient being in this universe is, statistically, incredibly unlikely. These scumbags have chosen to squander this opportunity by sending people parking fines.

Would give 0 stars if I could. We were issued a parking ticket for parking at our hotel for 17 minutes to load our car. There was not clear signage at the hotel stating anything about paying for parking & I'm still unclear where we were supposed to pay. Enterprise informed us of the parking infraction but did not provide a way to pay. CPM did not send us anything to pay the initial fee of 35 pounds & did not send us a notice by mail until it was now conveniently a 60 pound fee because we were now late paying. I appealed the ticket stating if be hppy to pay the 35 pound fee we were never given the opportunity to pay but the politely declined & I was forced to pay the higher fee to keep from going to collections. Horrible business.

I had a letter in the post on Monday. Saying I had a fine for parking in an area with no yellow lines. It was dated back to august last year!! I had no idea at all and only had a letter from the solicitors! When I called them they didn’t help at all and told me to email. Then my reference number didn’t work so I was told to use another email and try again. Been 3 days and no reply! I can’t appeal it and now I’m being charged £170 for a fine I didn’t even know about or I would have paid it (as unfair as it is) seems there’s no point appealing it and I can’t risk a CCJ so that’s £170 down the drain. Feels so illegal/ unjust and I will be doing all I can to get them investigated. Horrific people and anyone that works for this company should be ashamed.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Unfortunately, because of the development where I live, this is the company that supply the permits so I can't change that and in my eyes they are thieves. 4 weeks ago I ordered 4 new permits for where I live. Have had an email confirming the order and an email from PayPal to show the transaction is complete. So far I have received 1. I have emailed the company 3 times asking where the remaining permits are but have had no response. I have tried calling them but no one ever answers the phone.

This company have sent my 'case' to a debt collection agency without my ever having received a parking notice. I have tried contacting them but to date have received nothing more than an automated response. In my opinion they have one of the poorest customer relationships I have ever experienced.

If I could give a 0 I would. This company is completely unprofessional, aggressive and intimidating. I received threatening and intimidating notices from them demanding money or threat of debt recovery/ court action but no initial parking fines were sent to me. There is no way of speaking with a competent person at this company to try and discuss further and the information provided did not even include information regarding my alleged parking offence or making appropriate contact with the company. After eventually making an appeal it was impossible to reason with the company that they did not send the initial notice therefore it would be reasonable to allow me the opportunity to pay the reduced fee, unfortunately they did not see that as the case. It is completely disgusting that a "business" would charge such inflated fines but not even provided an appropriate Customer services or follow appropriate processes themselves. If I had the financial capability I would be taking the company to court but that is not a luxury I can afford. I will ensure I never park at a car park managed by this company ever again, as I refuse to give them any more money, I will also ensure family and friends are aware at the cowboy scam this "company" is running. CPM should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

-5 Stars - this company is an absolute joke - parking made easy, pull the other one. I've paid the best part of £400 for season permit and still receiving fines. To call them a joke would be a compliment. I'm sure they're a scam to rinse paying legally parked customers out hundreds of pounds.

0 stars! They put their signs up so high that you cannot see them. They have no regard for disabled people as we got a fine despite not being able to see the sign and we parked on double yellow lines with our disabled badge and timer. Absolutely disgusting.

Completely unprofessional staff members and non of them should be allowed to work at customer service. The whole company is a scam. They fined my car even through I have provided him with parking permit on my own drive. I honestly have never spoke to anybody this rude before. Unfortunately nobody pays attention to discrimination, aggression and scam you doing to people. I will give review every time I have chance to let people see how garbage service you have!!! Government should shut down your whole company, scumbags!!!!!!!

Disgusting company. Issued my daughter with a fine. Tried to park at 4.30pm for 2 hours but parking is free after 6pm. She could only pay for one hour - machine didn't allow more. Fine in post. Paul Dawson is the CEO of this company. Find him on Linked in and send him messages. Him, Paul Henson and Andrew Parker - all on companies house making loads of money out of people's misery!

Absolute disgrace of a company. Gave us multiple parking fines for parking in OUR OWN flats parking space which the company do not even manage! How can they think it’s acceptable to give out tickets for a parking space not even owned by them. They only agreed to call or debt collectors when threatened to take them to court, and even through this they were rude, not answering the phone and just disgusting to deal with. We then received even more fines after! Vile company and I do not know how they can live with themselves.

Surprise, surprise another one star. They use blackmail and harassment to extort money. I’ve contacted citizens advice bureau and hopefully will be able to make an official complaint to the trading standards agency. If enough people complain about this company maybe we can get them to shut down.

Shame you can't give zero stars, highway robbery. I in all good faith i was happy and willing to pay the reduced fee. But oh no these people only allow their website to take £100, in affect stealing £40 from myself.

  • 1/5 Laura M. 8 months ago on Google
If i could give less than 1 star I would! Costumer service is okay as Ive had the joy of dealing with pleasant people. However the issue are the Wardens! They need to be trained not to issue you a ticket if the site operates ''No permit to display'' as its electronic. Been getting PCN letters even tho I have Permit!
