If no stars was an option then that’s what I would rate one of the doctors at this practice. The admin/reception ladies are absolutely amazing, they are genuinely really lovely. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about all of the doctors here. Today I was spoken to in a way that left me leaving the practice in tears. I’m a first time mum who’s 7 month old has been on and off congested with a cough and snotty nose for over 2 months now. I took her to the same doctors last week who checked her and said she was fine. Today she woke up and was significantly worse. Her cough had changed, her voice and cry had changed and her snot had changed colour. I called the practice and the receptionist was so lovely in helping to squeeze me in because I was worried this virus had gone to my daughters chest. When the doctor spoke to me though he was so rude and condescending and made me feel like a complete idiot for worrying about my child. I won’t go into specifics but I will say I’ve never been spoken to so poorly in my life

Dr Sahar Behnam offers the very best of care to me as her patient. Best doctor ever reward 🎖️👍💞 Her kindness & mild personality surpasses all expectations. Dr.Sahar is truly amazing!! So much compassion, there’s no feeling of being time pressed which gives the appointment and treatment a much better experience. I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone better. Reception and GP nurse are all welcoming and understanding ☺️

Our family have been seeing Dr Luqmani at Eaton Central 7 day family practice for years. He is a good listener, very thorough in his assessments and overall a great GP. We are very grateful for his care.

Lovely staff who are very helpful. A short wait for our appt to be met, but I think that's pretty standard everywhere. Doctor was very helpful, as you'd expect. Several other services operating from same office. Mental health, dietary health etc. Only down side is they no longer bulk bill, but I think that's more a reflection of Medicare's failing rebate system. Parking not a problem. All in all they provide a very good service.

Dr. Alireza Afrasiabi (Dr Ali ) is my goto doctor for all things skin related. He has treated/excised many basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas, a cyst and as well has freeze treated countless sunspots on me with 100% success. His work is exemplary/first class. He constantly checks whether you can feel any pain when he is removing a skin cancer. I would personally recommend Dr Ali if you have any problems with skin related ailments.

The doctors and staff are amazing. Very caring and knowledgeable. They always ask about my family when I visit. Highly recommend this practice.

Staff are always courteous and professional, always a genuine welcoming smile. The doctors I've had consultations with are equally welcoming and professional, and they have manner that's calming. Very little waiting times, and quite often appointment is on time. I'm absolutely happy with their overall service.

Great doctors but front desk views patients as an interruption. The less you have to do with them the better.

Great staff, helpful advice and prompt attention with minimal waiting to get an appointment. And as a veteran, bulk billing is always helpful! Well Done!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nima a couple of days ago. He and the nurse ensured I had a smooth procedure with minimum complication. Dr. Nima combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming his patient!

I've been seeing Dr Homa Askari for almost a decade. She has been also taking care of my two-year-old daughter. She is a competent doctor and a beautiful soul. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring doctor.

We used the Eaton Central 7 Day Family Practice to get our 4th and 5th COVID-19 vaccinations. We booked over the phone and the receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient - it only took a couple of minutes to organise the booking. Receiving the vaccinations was also a simple procedure - no waiting, straight in at our appointed time. Our nurse was friendly and very professional and the jabs were done in minutes - didn't feel a thing! We highly recommend the Eaton Central 7 Day Practice!

Dr. Nima, Dr. Homa and Dr. Shabana are some of the wonderful doctors I’ve seen here, they are all incredibly thorough and kind. They listen to me and never dismiss any of my concerns, especially in regards to mental health. Absolutely wonderful doctors and I can’t recommend them enough, excellent with dealing with mental health and physical issues

This is the best run Practice I have ever been to. They have looked after my wife and I for the seven years we have been in Albany Creek and if we move I would travel to remain on their books. The reception staff are highly efficient and always pleasant and welcoming, the nurses are highly professional and the standard of medical care is superlative. Our special thanks to Doctor Homa Askari and Doctor Alireza Afrasiabi. They do wonderful job and we are lucky to have them. Dr. Peter Clarke is the best doctor. He is so caring, considerate and explains patiently about anything you ask. Lot of specialist doctors ( like surgeons etc) should learn from him on how to speak and treat their patients with care because we are going through lot of pain, trauma, mental stress etc. We just want to be listened to/ treated with care and not be dismissed or get rudely treated because we are asking for help and are in need.
