Usually it's pretty good, usually you will have to wait in line because some f'witt customer is arguing about fish tank weed and some other custom decides they need a laser engraved dog tag, and it's honestly reasonable they only have 2 staff on. When they aren't invaded by the f'witts the staff are super friendly. And like all pet stores, they don't stock everything you need, I need to go up the road for the right dog food, and further up the road for bulk sunflower seeds, and those pet shops don't stock the right layer pellets, so it is what it is

We waited 2 months for the next available appointment for our dog groom in March. We received a cancellation email a week before the appointment. We then booked in for the next available appointment because no one offered to reschedule us any earlier despite 3 voice messages being left. No one returned my calls at all. Next available online was 29th April. We rocked up for the appointment today after everything and they said we should have recieved another cancellation email. No email exists. Absolutely horrendous customer service. No one answers phone so cannot even complain directly.

I find their pricing a bit deceptive, make sure you read the fine print on the shelf labels. Otherwise its okay, sometimes service can be slow.

Can’t recommend the groomer enough. She’s always friendly and professional, she treats our puppy with absolute kindness, she always goes above and beyond and the cuts are beautiful. Our puppy does much better in the group format and always seems like she’s had a great time when we pick her up. We will definitely keep bringing our puppy back.

This store has had a personality upgrade! I don't know what's happened but thank god for Lisa and Megan as they are amazing and were able to answer my even most annoying questions. There was also a lovely young blonde bubbly lady, sorry I didn't get her name, just so sweet and helpful . I can only say I will be making this my local pet supply store instead of the one up the road!! Thanks to to all for having my furbabies care as your priority!!!

I was served this morning by the "assistant store manager", so her badge said. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, when I first entered the store, I said hello. She didn't reply. I then said, how r u. "How can I help u?" Was her reply. No smile, stoney faced. Is it so hard to be friendly?

Great store! My first visit. I don't live anywhere near this store, but while driving past, I thought I'd stop in to pick up my cat's dry food. Very helpful and friendly lady with green hair. Would shop here again to be served by her.

Puppy school was great. Lisa's a good teacher and the class size was appropriate. Lisa had a lot of knowledge with the puppys and dogs and what to expect. Highly recommend

The staff at PetBarn Virginia are incredible. I am a new fish owner and whenever I have questions or need a water check I know I can trust the team there. I’ve been served by four different team members over the last three months and every one of them has been friendly, willing to help and extremely knowledgeable about fish and fish tanks :)

A great petbarn with wonderful staff, which seems to be the norm for petbarn as a brand. Fairly easy to find what you need and they usually have ample stock. Staff are always willing to help and I am yet to have a less than good experience! Pricing is the same as any other petbarn and does depend on the product your buying, however there is a wide spectrum for all budgets and needs. Parking can be a little annoying but that isn't the fault of petbarn but the designer of the parking lot for the whole shopping strip. Recommend them if you're looking for a pet store near you!

Two stars for the lovely staffs but the grooming are terrible, wont reccomend it at all. Paid 80$ for a wash and deshed, my dog was finished in less than 45minutes picked him up still damp with hair flying everywhere. Went to petbarn in albany creek few months ago for the same service with totally different result. Wont come back to this store

Huge range, good quality and reasonable prices. Staff are the best thing about the place. Friendly, efficient, helpful. Only down side, like all pet places, no steel dog leads at the 1.6 to 1.8m length or at all. Gotta get mine from Bunnings as my American Bulldog (15months) has chewed through 4 webbing leads.

Bad service.. Head just up the road under Bunnings to Best Friends (excellent serive.)

Expensive and the customer service varies from ok to none. I really want to support local business but this place makes it difficult. I went in recently to purchase something, stood at the checkout area for about 5 minutes, put everything back and walked out. There were quite a few staff but no one even acknowledged my existence. I went online and got the same $100 bag of premium dog food for $80, delivered free.

I was very impressed at the enormous variety of pet products, and at reasonable prices. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The store was very neat and clean. Great place to get something for your pet, and even for yourself - they sell the cutest, colourful, fluffy little hedgehog toys as a fundraising venture. My treat for the day! 😄

A solid Petbarn store with a grooming salon within. Nothing wrong with the place, but not special enough to earn 5 stars. They have plenty of range and stock on the shelves, parking is plentiful and not too painful to get in and out of.

Took my Great Dane Drake for a shopping trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful and willing to listen to my endless talking about Drake. Drake also loved the Christmas display but is concerned for Santa.

Booked at Petbarn Virginia as my usual Toombul is sadly closed! Very happy with the grooming staff at Virginia, all friendly and enthusiastic, and could tell they loved all the dogs that came in. My Standard Poodle came out looking very handsome! The staff listened to my requests and certainly delivered, my boy now has a lovely short coat, tail still a little fluffy, and a beautifully shaped teddy bear face and ears. Have already rebooked. Great work 👏🏻
