Easily the worst KFC I’ve ever been too. Doesn’t taste like KFC at all, the fillets weren’t crispy, small and genuinely looked like they got the pieces from the Lidl up the road it was half the size it should’ve been. The chicken, half of the meat was not even on it as if I was given some anorexic chicken or some worker decided to take a few bites. Wings were nice, zinger burger bun was stale and the chicken was cold. Waited 15 mins when it wasn’t even busy for cold disgusting “ fast “ food. Never go, it’s not worth it

Quick food, and about average as KFC goes, but omfg it was filthy. Every single bin across both floors was overflowing. The pic I took was somehow the least-bad of them all.

Shocking. So a few months back KFC increased a megabox from £3.99 from £4.99. Cost of living, I get it but now there's less chips but still not too bad the majority of the time. Today wasn't one of those times, today they give me hardly any chips and when I complained he said yeah that's a small chips that's all you get. Not enough for the price, not happy at all.

The problem is not the food, the problem is that whenever I get something - it turns out that the order is never complete! If I add extras they never put them even through they take my money or as is the case when I order wings or chicken bites - if I order 4 of them I get 3 or 2. It’s happened about 5 times and I’m sick of it. Today I got a rice box and I got home and guess what - they did t add my extras. Do better!

First time here and the last. A Monday evening at 9pm first impression matter, an empty local looking like a dirty hole. Short of staff or just incompetence 😑

A member of staff dropped my drink on the counter, then, as slowly as he possibly could, he wiped it up with paper towels. No exaggeration, it took him like 15 minutes to wipe the counter. Then another member of staff forgot something off my order and by the time they got it, my meal was cold. Terrible service and cold food so 1 star.

Terrible service, went here and ordered a fillet box meal, after waiting for 15 minutes a politely asked how long was it going to be and the guy on the till said not much longer, after a further 10 minutes, I was informed it would be another 5 to 10 minutes. So, a total of 30 to 35 minutes to get a meal from a fast food restaurant, it is a joke. So then I requested my money back, the manager told me that cooking chicken takes time, but not 35 minutes! If you want a fast food service, don't go to this KFC.

Waited over 40 minutes for food and our order was given to someone else and wasnt told about items not being on the menu while ordering at the till, staff dont understand basic customer service after being ignored for 15 minutes... no cleaning staff food all over floors and bins overflowing

Ok got hot gravy but do not like the chips now! Bring back the orginal ones, had to ask them to clean the table!! Ok he got paper towel but no spray to clean I! And the toilets both men and ladies in the same.... 2 male loo and 2 female loos! Sorry not a good idea.

Worst KFC i have ever had. Burnt chicken, soggy chips, taste like it was in a bin and they put it back into my bucket.. I wouldn’t even dare giving it for free to homeless ppl… and i pay premium on having it delivered through uber eats🤮

Nice and hot food will be served. Always busy but the first floor is closed after 7 it needs to open so can control the crowd over there.
