First time going to ruby nails after trying many other nail salons around the city centre. I highly recommend anyone to go get their nails done there. Super talented and friendly team! I had a soak off and new set done, I love my new set and definitely will go there again. The lady took her time to make sure all my nails were the same length and shape. I’ve had a few bad experiences with other shops rushing and end up leaving the salons with crooked and thick nails. But honestly hand down the best set of nails I ever had so far (I went with plain French ombré)

ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NAILS. The kindest staff and the best experience. Never felt so welcome at a nail salon. Did my nails exactly how I wanted and they were so patient with me. Cannot recommend this place enough! Will definitely be coming back again :)

My daughter and myself had our nails done here yesterday. The staff are lovely, we were delighted to say the least my daughter had night before Christmas design painted on her nails they were amazing. Will definitely be using this place from now on.

Not recommended. I have to say, I hoped that I picked the right place when I booked an appointment while being on holidays for a manicure and a pedicure. Initially, I liked how the design looked like but after shaping them, I wasn't so crazy about them anymore. The nails were not filed properly, there were still corners left (even though I asked for an oval shape), no cuticle care and no cleaning underneath the nails. That was a big red flag. After I left the salon, my nails were sore (they still are). As for the pedicure... I got a really nice massage in one of their chairs. The toe nail shapes were ruined (something that my regular nail technician struggled to fix for a long time), the nail polish wasn't applied properly either. I was a bit shocked to see one of the staff asking a customer to take off her shoes and have her pedicure done underneath the table where she had her manicure done (the guy brought a small step and placed her feet on it probably). I don't know how hygienic the place could be. The staff kept rotating around as customers came in. I honestly haven't seen something like this in any other salon. I'm sorry, guys, you were nice, but I think you still have a lot to learn.

Had a full set done today and my toes at the same time ❤️ I love the attentiom to detail and how they listen to what you want. The team is very friendly - they always make me feel looked after. Highly recommend Ruby Nails 💜👌 Thank you very much 🐝

My favourite nail salon in Liverpool ! Open after work hours which is really accommodating for my 9-5 girls. My nails never chip or pop off after years of going to an array of salons. Always achieve my desired nails. Super friendly staff especially the ladies :) I will be back for my regular infill.

My grandad came in for a casual manicure, the experience he had was amazing even being shown how to upkeep it himself at home. Lovely staff, great experience, best prices ! Will definitely be coming back again and again! 🫶🏻

Final results: A M A Z I N G ! I came in quite late (walk-in), but they were really fast and were able to do the design that I wanted ! They were friendly as well, for sure will be coming back !! ✨ 10 out of 10 !
