Booked
and
paid
in
full,
arrived
in
the
hotel
at
4
(check
in
starts
from
3),
Booked
this
particular
hotel
only
because
it’s
near
University
of
liverpool
and
I
had
work
there
in
the
morning.
On
top
of
that
I
prefer
to
stay
in
the
city
centre.
After
arriving
in
to
the
hotel
the
receptionist
said
they
are
over
booked
and
they
are
going
to
relocate
me
to
their
second
branch
which
is
10
minutes
away,
I
said
it’s
all
good
then.
If
it’s
only
10
minutes
I
was
happy
to
walk.
But
the
receptionist
said
you
don’t
have
to
walk
we’ll
call
a
taxi
for
you
and
it’s
paid.
You
just
need
to
pay
and
show
the
receipt
in
the
reception.
After
arriving
into
the
hotel.
(Even
by
taxi
it
took
like
20
minutes
to
arrive)
Paid
for
the
taxi,
and
asked
for
receipt,
the
taxi
driver
said
he
doesn’t
give
receipt.
That
means
I
have
to
pay
for
the
taxi
from
city
centre
to
a
place
out
of
nowhere
and
then
again
go
to
the
city
centre
by
taxi.
On
top
of
all
this
every
time
I
asked
the
staffs
how
it
can
get
over
booked
as
I
have
paid
for
the
room
in
full
already.
They
just
ignored
me.
