    I wish I could put less than a star, but that's not possible. Otherwise, that's what they would deserve as a review: zero, zilch. This is the second time that I use Randox Health's services. The first time my results got back to me three days after sending it for both test day 2 and day 8. I thought to give them the benefit of the doubt and decided to repurchase it again. I bought the kit before my departure and I got my kit 6 days later my arrival. Their customer service is nonexistent either via email or phone. After this service I tried to ask for a refund, but on their website, they already exonerate themselves from any liability or negligence. They are crooks. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    Terrible company, do not use! We booked and paid for a postal PCR 24 hour turn around test prior to our departure to Spain in July. The completed test was dropped in the specified drop box at the M56 services near Ellesmere port on Friday 23 July at 13:26, with photo evidence of this taking place. 4 weeks later and we still havenā€™t received the result of the test. Luckily, having read problems about the Randox service, we also booked an ā€œinsurance testā€ with an alternative provider which came in within 12 hours and enabled us to travel on holiday. Iā€™ve tried to follow up via emails and calls, but never any responses. Do not waste your money buying tests from this company. You may get lucky and receive a result that enables you to get away ā€“ or they will simply take your money and run.

    Pre-departure tests received within 4 days of ordering. Dropped 2x tests at drop box 9am Monday, received confirmation emails at midnight the same day that they had arrived at the lab. Results received by 10am Tuesday. I was really worried after reading a lot of negative reviews however those seem to be regarding people getting refunds and not actual test results. Very smooth experience for us. Day 2 tests arrived quickly and results received within 24 hours. 5 star service

    Never use this company! They have lied again and again by telling us that our day 5 test kits were with a special overnight courier on day 4, it's now day 7- no tests. If you're lucky enough to get through to someone after 1 hour + on the phone, they say they will email from a personal work email and they'll reply immediately, this is a lie. I'm still waiting for information on a refund. Very unsatisfied, will also submit a request for them to be removed from the government website and share the pages and pages of complaints I see about them with ombudsman services. I never give negative reviews, but I feel compelled to tell others to absolutely not use this service.

    Awful, how do they get away with it.!!! The ā€œserviceā€ they advertise is not fit for purpose..On my return from Spain , l was informed my test kit could not be delivered to my address due to the shortage of couriers...l was informed l could pick my test kit up at a service station, and then drop it off at a motorway service station....l do not own a car!!! Eventually got a lift, dropped it off on 30th dec....and to this date have not received relsults. I sent a complaint and asked for a refund, and received a very blunt response telling me l am responsible for making sure my test is returned . I requested my test results , but no response completely ignored..They are making a lot of money, without providing the service advertised, and causing people lots of stress, inconvenience and extra expense...completely pointless waste of time and money.

    Used a few times and found their service to be really good - However due to government changes I had to change a test kit prior to pick up. I contacted them 6 weeks ago by email as advised on their refund details with no response - owed Ā£104. Called their telephone line after 4 weeks and despite multiple waits actually managed to speak to someone but that was a waste of time - they just said they prioritize a response. Now 6 weeks after asking for refund, zero communication. Really disappointed and will not use again. Despite the previous good service and useful app - I should not be chasing a refund and shows zero level of customer care.

    Terrible service My babysitter cancelled the night before so I rung up to ask if two kids could be with me while I had my appointment. They got back to me saying yes that won't be a problem, they will even write it in an email, so I drove all the way into town with 2 young kids paid for parking walked to the place with a two year old and 6 month old to be told I couldn't have my appointment. I asked why they didn't ring me as its 9.30am they had all morning to late know and her reply is " I don't mean to be difficult but that's our policy" I understand that's your policy but I rung and was assured this was OK, and you had time to call me if it wasn't OK to let me. Absolutely disgusting customer service

    Would give them 0 if possible - been waiting for a refund for 4 months. Every time you contact them ā€˜it is been processed in x daysā€™ but when x date passes you hear nothing! Terrible service and processes - I would avoid at all costs.

    Very very poor service. Bought fit to fly PCR tests which I cancelled the very same day, 14th January 2022. Been on holiday and come back still no refund. Iā€™ve called 3 times and been told all 3 times ā€œwill be next week.ā€ Feel fobbed off. Doesnā€™t take 6 weeks to process an Ā£86 refund. Pathetic service.

    All reviews I can see are based on PCR. Mine is the everywomen . Bloods being taken was fine. Results still not back. Not enough scientists to call me as they are 'all on maternity'. So iv paid for something currently that I have zero results to look at. Not feeling the love from here

    AWFUL! I ordered day 2 lateral flow test on 15th of November and it hasn't delivered yet! They never answer their phones or messages I've sent in their site. I talked with DPD and they said Randox required to return the test kit back. My money and my time are both waste. And my day 2 has passed without any covid test! My order number: 3208230 They sent me email on 16th about my DPD tracking number: 624652349 After that there is nothing....

    I just want to say after reading the negative reviews, I was hesitant to buy from this company. However theyā€™re the cheapest I couldā€™ve found so I decided to take my own risk. I paid Ā£104 total for 1 PCR test + day 2 and day 8 tests (click and collect). I mean where else can you get all of those for that price??? I took my PCR test at home and return the sample at a drop box near me and I was then notified by email same day that my test is now undergoing testing at the lab and within about 6 hours after my results and travel certificate were sent!!! I canā€™t complain. Next day results guaranteed. Iā€™m happy Iā€™ve used this company. The cheapest yet. Thank you for making the process so easy Randox!!! Iā€™m impressed to say the least.

    Had an excellent experience there, I was in and out, convenient, staff, were lovely and I got my test results the next day. I really think things are just more efficient in Liverpool. Thanks a lot Iā€™ll definitely be returning!

    Just drove an hour to attend an appt which I was less than 10 minutes late for due to extremely heavy traffic. I was turned away and no efforts were made to rebook the appt.

    I did hormone panel, Thyroid panel and extra homocysteine. Blood samples were taken painlessly and results I got 2 days after. So quick so good. Will back for sure !

    Brilliant experience today - the staff member taking my 87 year old mumā€™s bloods was brilliant with her - charming and respectful- he put her totally at ease and the whole experience was a pleasure. Everything about the experience was great - reception staff warm and welcoming and all very efficient. Couldnā€™t fault it!

    Terrible service at the Warrington labs If you google them youā€™d find the billions theyā€™ve made from covid tests. Requested a fit to fly PCR on 14th October. Itā€™s 18th today. Making lives difficult should be their motto

    Shocking. The process isnā€™t explained and they demand money out of the blue. And their info is confusing and contradictory. Awful place and I wonā€™t use again. Staff very friendly but thatā€™s all I can say positively.

    29th sept 2020 I had an appointment for covid testing in this clinic for my flight in transit to Dubai. The process was very efficient and convenient. In less than 5 minutes, the swabbing was already done.

    Terrible organising skills. Went for the Tim Cogkey Foundation test and confirmed an offer for a requested slot, turned up to be told ā€œyour not booked inā€. After checking if I could still slot in Iā€™m asked ā€œhave you fasted to just water for 6 hours?!ā€ first Iā€™d heard of that. Reorganised for later that afternoon, tried to sign into their online portal 3 times to be told ā€œcanā€™t find usernameā€ so contacted the office again and had to wait 2 hours for a reply. Shame that a foundation to help others is looked after this way.

    After doing tests recommended by fit to fly for my two kids when we got to the airport the emirates counter checkin girl said we needed another test to fly. We rushed to the randox counter in Manchester airport and the guys were leaving for the day (7pm) at first it looked like they could not help us but then the senior guy came out to help us. They literally opened up again for us and got the tests done. In 2 hours we had the results! The team there was super helpful and got the kids tested when it seemed impossible for us to get it done at the airport. We still missed our flight which is painful and expensive but these guys at randox Manchester airport were absolutely brilliant. Even had some jokes for the kids when the test were happening. I didnā€™t get anyones names there to give credit but they restored our faith in humanity with what they did. Much appreciated! I would give six stars if I could. Unfortunately I wonā€™t say the same for emirates airlines. Useless people!

    I ordered a PCR test 5th of January, due to new travel rules I cancelled it 7th Jan. It has been nearly two months and after several emails and calls (I was told they would call me back, which never happened) Iā€™ve still not received my Ā£43 refund, nor any response.
