Brilliant service. Friendly and professional clinicians sorted my issue within 5 minutes of sitting in the chair. I also, quick to get an appointment with often the ability to fit you in on the same day of enquiry.

Excellent service and worth every penny. My Starkey aids weren’t cheap but made such a difference to my hearing. The ultimate test was at Wembley Stadium at the FA Cup semi-final with my team Crystal Palace playing Chelsea. With over 30,000 Palace fans singing Glad All Over it was still possible to chat with the person standing next to me! A great test for the hearing aids- shame about the result!!😂

I had ear wax removal at the Hearing Expert and it was straightforward and pain free. Sally & Richard are so friendly which helped me relax and they talked me through the process. Would highly recommend and wish I’d gone to them sooner.

Highly recommended and very helpful staff,booked in and was very nice experience, explained what was going to happen with wax removal,had to go back due to one ear being still blocked,was struggling in the week and l ended u calling them,got me in the same day and solved my problem,no extra charge which was very greatful for,very happy with the result and now pain free.

Been having my ears cleaned here regularly over last few years. Always manage to get an appointment quickly. Sally and Ian are really knowledgeable and helpful. I have ongoing hearing problems and it is so reassuring to know that the experts are close by and able to assist. Premises always spotless.

Absolutely amazing, I'm a long distance driver so only home at weekends, couldn't get into any where from where I live . Been in terrible pain and as deaf as a post, which is not good when you drive for a living. Anyway contacted the hearing expert whist on halfway though my 3 day run , left a voice mail and the clinic contacted me and offered a next day appointment!!!! They were brilliant now feels like have an ear transplant I really cannot praise this place enough ..... Absolutely Fantastic.....

After a doctors appointment telling me it would be 6 weeks at least to have my ears syringed I phoned Hearing Expert to be told I could be seen that day. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

Having accepted some years ago that my hearing could be better, I was tested by private and NHS Audiologists. The NHS guy told me not to waste my money as nothing on the market could actually resolve my hearing loss. Move forward 10 years and technology has improved dramatically such that virtually all audible frequencies can now be amplified. So now I have hearing aids and the difference has been dramatic. Richard listened to my experience, thoroughly tested me and offered several manufacturer options. Over a period of several weeks he was patient, tried different settings and as I became accustomed to the devices tuned them to optimise the benefit for me. I now realise there are actually many birds in and around our garden, it is no longer a challenge to hear the TV at a volume that suits my wife and I rarely now ask people to repeat what they have said. Then there are other benefits, like hearing phone conversations played directly in my ears, streaming music etc and listening to podcasts as though I am wearing headphones, all whilst staying hearing other sounds around me. Brilliant! What more can I say, but I can certainly recommend Hearing Experts Wirral as an expanding independent and trustworthy choice. They also offer good value for money and are happy to provide support for years to come.

Made an appointment for my husband as his hearing had been deteriorating but he had become quite deaf while we were away in holiday. Received an immediate appointment of choice from very pleasant and polite staff. Spoke to Judith who took details and arranged the appointment which she followed up with a text message which contained costs and instructions about putting oil in the ears for a few days. My husband attended the appointment and was seen immediately by Richard Ward. He explained his situation and Richard looked into his ears with modern equipment that showed inside the ear on a screen. This revealed a solid build up of wax which Richard was able to remove with remarkable results. My husband could not recommend this company highly enough for help advice and efficiency and worth every penny to have his hearing restored so quickly.

I contacted the hearing expert by email late in the evening, the following morning I received a call from Judith who was able to fit me in asap, gave me some easy instructions before my appointment and as soon as I had my appointment I was able to see the condition of my ears and move forward with quick and easy suctioning! I then asked a few questions about how to keep my ears and sinuses ok in the future to which Judith was very happy to help with. The best ear support on the Wirral that I have had! Many thanks and will return if and when needed!

Excellent service from friendly and helpful staff. As ear wax removal has now been dropped by local GP surgeries I was advised to contact Hearing Expert in Greasby, Wirral. Could not have had a better experience. Latest equipment used effectively, and excellent advice given. I have suffered for years with a bulid up of wax in my ears and have had to see my GP regularly to get it treated, and always faced delays till it could be done.. I received great treatment in Dec.2022, at 'Hearing Expert', following a personal recommendation and as I was again having issues with a build up of wax in my ears, I telephoned 'Hearing Expert' for an appointment on Thurs morning March 16, was seen at 12.30pm, the same day and had wax removed quickly, painlessly and effectively. I can't praise their service enough. Thank you Sally for a job well done.
