    I can't begin to tell you how disappointed my wife and are with KFC in general lately. We go out of our way to use the Albany Creek store as it used to be just OK. No more KFC for us and anyone else who wants to know how bad it has become. Just disgraceful! The chicken is either ridiculously salty of so dry and tasteless you can't eat it as was our order this evening. We collected at 5.50pm so you would think the chicken pieces etc would be hot and fresh, not so. I don't care what you do, give me another order or refund my (considerable) money. I don't want it! We're never going back. We've put up the rubbish food for too long with the hope that it would improve. I imagine the only positive reviews here are from staff or their friends pressured to post a good review! You should be ashamed KFC! Sack your senior managers and provide the appropriate training to your junior staff (the majority of your staff) to cook, prepare and serve decent menu items!

    I have been going to the restaurant on and off for over 15 years now and this place has continually gone downhill. On average I wait 20 minutes for them to get my food, despite the restaurant being empty, only for them to get it wrong over 50% of the time. Even after taking it back to get it fixed they get it wrong again. Overall the staff show NPC levels of care. This place also thinks it's a good idea to stop making zinger chicken after 6pm.

    My daughter and I both ordered the meal boxes with burgers chicken chips and gravy only to both get 3 lots of gravy NO CHIPS IN BOTH ODERS THEY NEVER GET IT RIGHT AT ALBANY CREEK

    I just arrived home from KFC Albany Creek to find my order short of a chicken piece. This is supposed to be 6 wicked wings. This is the second this has happened to me at this store. This is disrespectful and disgraceful.

    I used to rate this KFC a 4 star, but down to a 1. I have been here several times over the past few months and they don't have chicken! What?! Isn't that in your name? So last night my order was incorrect and I found a piece of plastic in my chicken. Let me know how you're going to do better and I'll look to revise my rating.

    I put through an order at 9.28pm 32 minutes before they closed. Got a message at 10pm to say it was cancelled even though the estimated delivery was 10.04. Called to see what happened and was told that a driver had picked it up already at 9.15. I explained I had only put the order through at 9.28 so its not possible and she was looking at the wrong order. She kept lying and telling me that it was ubers fault because the driver had already picked it up. Even though I could see on the app that the driver wasn't even there yet when it got cancelled. I get it if an order came through at 9.55pm when they were closing to cancel it. But it had been accepted for 32 minutes. I just got out of hospital from being in a car accident. Waited half an hour when i only live 5 minutes away. And then was continuously and obviously lied to. I managed a KFC for a couple years. And I now manage a restaurant. I understand their side of it and that wasnt acceptable. Horrible experience. Manager on who answered needs to be told the correct procedure on how to handle these things instead of lying.

    Food was great. We ate at approx 2:30pm and the seats were all stacked up and had limited places to eat. Apart from that no further issues really.

    Specifically requested extra Mayo, because other times there was little or no mayonnaise on the fillet burgers. At the drive thru, they told us to park because they had no burgers, Get home and opened the food, and no mayonnaise at all, we got in car and drove back...it's not rocket science to squeeze a bottle

    Gets order wrong when going through Drive-though half of the time. Eat in options at this KFC are virtually non-existing and unpleasant.

    can’t fault the staffs service as they’re always nice but not happy with the food we received. Burgers were made incorrectly, chips were cold and pretty much got a medium serving when I ordered a large and always seem to run out of stock.

    i just wanna say a huge thank you to the kfc team at AC who were on close tonight!! you guys made my family’s week. a little context; we’d all had quite a hard day today, especially my parents, and just wanted to get some food and go home, but you guys made our whole weekend. you guys were friendly, funny and just really kind in general to us!! and you made my parents smile too after such a long day :) even while we came through right on closing time 🥹 so thank you so much. to the team that was on tonight, you guys are amazing 🫶🏽

    Service disgraceful ! I was the only person in store and waited and waited AND waited to be served. I called out, no response. A young girl finally came (who was 1 of 3 girls there) and slowly got my order. Well not really !! I got home tired and hungry only to find my original twister wrap was a Hot Zinger. Couldn't eat it. Totally peeved off. Not going back. I don't know how they are still in business !! Disgusting ! And in review I can't deselect the option of what I'd recommend !? I wouldn't recommend this store at all.

    They didn't give me my slider. The guy who served me wasn't sure if he gave me a drink so he was hesitating. The chips are always soggy. They were blasting music so when it came to ordering I literally had to raise my voice over the music and same with the server plus literally no manners and just rude. This place standards have dropped horribly
