Professional but friendly, very informative. bulk billing which is a bonus. Ist time patient at this clinic, on meeting him I was immediately put at ease with my ailment. I saw Dr Keith and was very happy with him, I have now found my permanent GP.

Dr. Hsieh is amazing! I've found many doctors to be very dismissive, but he patiently listened to me explain my problem(s) and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got the medical attention I needed. I strongly endorse this practice.

We liked Dr Vikram Anand a lot. No fuss, quick but thorough. Listened more than the previous 3 doctor's we've seen for same undiagnosed issue elsewhere. No frills medical centre but we like it, we will be back. We like the up to date technology side of it. Most things are done online before appointment, like filling out new patient form, symptoms and checking in on screen when you arrive.

I do not recommend this practice absolutely putrid my condition did not receive correct medication I was seen but disregarded for the reason I was there instead treated for something I didn't even have complete negligence. From 3 different doctors since being transferred to a different practice I am now receiving the help and medication I needed a long time ago

First time visiting this clinic, all of the staff were very friendly, and made sure that all the different steps/processes were communicated to me which is very reassuring in a new place :D

Friendly, not overcrowded and efficient. Dr Leila was very pleasant. I actually booked with the wrong clinic but now I am glad I did, think I will be changing to this one.

Known Dr Vikram Anard for 14 years his sharp polite but very smart with business. As in been short but ensuring the care is legit, right and helpful.
