While most of the doctors I have seen have been ok, the service in regards to on time appointments is absolutely appalling. To be left waiting for over two hours is not acceptable patient care. What a shame

I love Dr Krish she is amazing as a dr and this review does not represent my impression of her but the clinic as a whole. The time management of this place has alot to be desired. Everytime I come in there is atleast and extra hour of waiting with the reception not telling me it would take so long when I checked in. The reception spend alot of their time talking above a conversation tone about sensitive information and the entire place is covered with paper blue tacked to the walls. It doesn't matter how good the doctors are if your management treat customers like this. Edit: I had a follow up phone appointment. Waited over an hour for them to call, calling a few times while waiting to be told "you will be called next". I stated that this is not fair and kept getting the same response "it the doctors fault not mine" when I started to say "your a representative of this company and i believe you should give me a little more communication than just saying "it's the doctors fault" she hung up without any prior warning. I was not being aggressive and only stating that. These receptionist need to be fired.

I took my 2yo daughter to see Dr John Aide twice this week.. not only was he running to time and available last minute, but he was the most lovely and knowledgeable doctor I've seen in a very long time. He had all the answers for us and some amazing quick fixes to the problems we saw him about. He had a kind, gentle manner and extensive knowledge, his confidence put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor, especially for children. Thank you Dr John.

Terrible. Had an appointment at 9.10am didn’t get in till 10.10am. Absolutely ridiculous if the patient has booked a standard appointment then they should be told the appointment is over. Others are waiting. You need to sort yourself out! Waste of time

I’ve had multiple occasions where there was a lengthy wait, this time the appointment was at 2:50 and am still waiting at 4:00 haven’t yet been sent in. Got here early also because it’s a doctors appointment and you don’t want to show up late. Please leave multiple hours of spare time if you want to have a doctor appointment here.

Upon some of the not so good reviews so far still an excellent reception experience for my appointment booking at Kawana Family Clinic. Mitch was kind, understandable, great attitude and problem-solving(ask for Mitch...guy). Also, Dr Mackenzie was wonderful with great knowledge and many years of experiences to be my GP very much appreciated! Highly recommended.

Waited for an hour and a half to be seen by a doctor named Ian McKenzie this was my first time seeing him and I was absolutely appalled not only did he take no interest in why I was there but couldn’t take the time to tell me that place that he had referred me couldn’t take on the procedure I needed but also gave me absolutely no guidance what do ever I wish I could give this man a -10 star rating I will never be going back to that clinic again

If you want a clinic that is 0 help with mental health and anxiety, this is the place. Very disrespectful very disappointing.

After 14 years of repeatedly waiting for in excess of an hour past my appt time, today I called 19 times trying to make an appt, being told they don’t have access to my Dr’s appt schedule so will pass me onto someone else and being cut off, or being met immediately with hold music and being cut off. This is a Dr’s surgery!

Worst clinic do no reccomend Good luck to any of the drs being on time had to wait 3 hours past my appointment time for a phone consult ridiculous don't know why they take on so many patients and can never be on time

closed on a Saturday when it says here and on their answering machine they are open Saturday... very frustrating, and i can book an appointment on the website as it isn't working...

Never seem run on time. After waiting over an hour and a half in an empty waiting room today i ended up having to cancel my appointment all together
