    **Title: Terrible Late-Night Experience - Unprofessional Staff and Incompetent Service** ⭐️ Rating: 1/5 **Review:** I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the McDonald's drive-through last night at 1 am. The problems I encountered were numerous and left me feeling utterly disappointed with the level of service provided by this particular branch. Firstly, it's worth mentioning that the staff doesn't even bother to answer the phones. I tried calling ahead to confirm their working hours, but to no avail. This lack of communication made me skeptical about how they handle other aspects of their service. Upon arriving at the drive-through, I was already skeptical due to their reputation for getting orders wrong. Unfortunately, my fears were confirmed, as they managed to mess up my order yet again. It's astounding how frequently they get orders incorrect - it's as if they have no regard for accuracy or the satisfaction of their customers. What struck me the most was the staff's apparent lack of customer service skills. It felt as if they needed a crash course on how to treat their customers with respect and professionalism. The dismissive attitude and unhelpful responses were frustrating beyond belief. During my visit, their system experienced a shutdown, which I understand can happen. However, they made no effort to inform customers about the issue, leading to excessive wait times. I waited for two hours, and during that time, they sent every car to the bay. This lack of organization and transparency was disappointing. Moreover, I suspect that the bay system lacks timers to help with service statistics. This just goes to show that their priority seems to be hiding their inefficiencies rather than improving their operations for a better customer experience. The number of incorrect orders and mishandled situations highlights the need for staff education. They must be trained on how to respond appropriately to customer complaints and errors. As a former employee myself, it's disheartening to witness the decline in service quality. To top it all off, they falsely claimed that their ice cream machine was broken after a system reset. This dishonesty only added to my frustration. I believe they should have been upfront about the machine being cleaned. When my order was finally ready, I received burnt, unsalted fries, a cold quarter pounder, cold custard pie, and burnt big Mac patties despite being the only car in line. Overall, my experience at this McDonald's location was appalling. The staff's lack of professionalism, the constant errors, and the lengthy wait times have left me with no desire to return. I sincerely hope that the management takes this review seriously and makes significant improvements to their service quality and staff training. *Note: This review is based on my personal experience and reflects the situation at the time of my visit. However, improvements may have been made since then. Nonetheless, I stand by my unfortunate experience and hope for better customer service in the future.*

    I have eaten in a couple times here, unfortunately each time I have witnessed workers be mistreated by other staff. I’m assuming the workers in the grey and blue are managers. Theres one lady in a grey shirt who I have always heard bad mouthing her staff and constantly blaming them. Some stuff I have heard was revolting. I feel very upset each time I order and hear the young workers being verbally assaulted by managers who just stand around. There are some lovely managers but this one lady is letting you all down.

    no one knows how to smile in this place. All staff walk around like they have a tonne weight on their shoulders. They certainly don't want you to dine in. No serviettes on last 2 occasions. Absolutely freezing in the dining area. My 3 year old granddaughter had to put a jumper on. One positive the girl who took our lunch order was nice and if it wasn't for her who knows how long my granddaughter would of waited for her ice cream cone. Fries are always cold.

    Only giving 1 star because I cannot give less, staff are rude and inattentive, again and again terrible service, missed items, several week ago staff missed an item from my order and I was told that I had not actually ordered the item at the drive through , as they had not provided a receipt I had no way to know, the next time I ordered I insisted on getting a receipt only to be told they could not provide one at POS only when they gave the food, when they still did not provide one with the food I asked again and refused to move on until one was provided, the manager spoke rudely to me and told me I was holding up everyone, and only then went off to print the receipt for me muttering insults under his breath. I have been driving to Cleveland McDonald’s since but made the mistake of coming here again this morning, only to get a sausage muffin that had something lodged in the egg (looked like burnt bacon or something equally disgusting) manager (same one) said he would give me a half refund only as I had taken a couple of bites! Lol it would be funny if it wasn’t so bad, manager is terrible and the restaurant reflects his lack of management and poor standards.

    Just went to Vicky point Maccas by Drive through at 7:40 on 28/08/23, waited around 10 mins to order at speaker box. No one acknowledged us so we drove through to next window wondering if it was broken. Drove forward to find the girl laughing arms out the window chucking cards and carrying on with the car in front of us (clearly knew each other) I believe he worked there. The one serving at the window had taken the headphones off her head. When we got to the window we received the worst attitude from the girl child, we had not even said anything to her before she began abusing us because we didn’t wait for her to speak to us first and got very angry as we had not placed an order yet and told us that we are completely in the wrong, we then had to ask her if we can still order as she just glared and rolled her eyes at us. We explained that we hadn’t had any communication and that if she was busy she needed to at least acknowledge that we where there and her response was again to roll her eyes smirk and again told us that we needed to wait as long as it takes for her to respond to us. Clearly we had interrupted her playing around with the car in front off us. Never have I ever received such service from any shop before. Being made to feel in the wrong for no reason by an employee. Absolutely disgusting, disgraceful behaviour some of these children really need to be educated on how the world works. What an image she has made for your store. I’d also recommend telling her to tone down her make up as it was horrible.

    Everytime we come here to Victoria point MacDonald, you can never put your rubbish in the bin because it’s over flowed and there is no one cleaning any tables. What happened to cleanliness and MacDonalds being ‘a clean family restaurant’. This is not a restaurant, this is filth. No restaurants would ever be like this. Not one table is wiped down in here currently and it’s only 1pm. It’s disgusting and very unhealthy. Such a shame you have no care for your customers health.

    This was my large fries I got from this place. The manager who answered the phone said "yep" like it was meant to be like that... Then told me to go through Uber for a replacement. Uber didn't pack it like this, you did. So incompetent.

    Absolutely revolting! Food was cold and stale, when asked to replace was told their policy doesn’t cover food that has been bitten, I only took a bite from my burger! Terrible! The toilets were even worse! The female sanitary bin stunk and the lid kept falling off when I was using the toilet, that’s health and safety and shouldn’t stay like that. The sink was absolutely filthy! I doubt the sink and soap were ever cleaned! So glad I don’t live in Brisbane anymore, vicky point maccas is just feral! Pigs are cleaner than this!🤢🤢

    Worst maccas I have EVER been to, ever. When I tell you I get parked up every single time even when no one else is there, I’m not joking. When I tell you every single time I go though the drive thru, I check the bag before I leave, something is missing EVERY TIME, having to go back in and change it, to check while I’m in store and it still being wrong EVERY TIME, I’m not joking. The amount of times I have have to walk in 2 and even 3 times because they have messed up is an absolute joke. The whole place is a joke. I haven’t genuinely never stopped going to a place because of how bad it is, except Victoria point McDonald’s. Disgusting

    Don't even know where to start. There is just too much to type so all I will say is head management needs to come out and see how bad this Maccas is and do something about it. Service and food seems to get slightly better when the older male Manager is on, but seriously goes down hill after that. Get you stuff together.

    Man this place is going down hill. Constantly having to call up when I get home and actually open my bag and see there's the wrong things in there or missing EVERY SINGLE TIME. A few nights ago we ordered a deluxe burger and didn't receive that so of course I called up and spoke to a bloke and he said no stress we will replace and took my name down. Well tonight, Kelly refused to give us said meal cause the bloke didn't write it down. Thanks for being incredibly rude and not understanding of the situation at all making it out to be our fault. Oh and the chips are always practically empty or burnt

    Disgraceful!!! It’s McHappy Day and not one happy staff member. The drive through server and the food giver, they both need the sack! I can’t believe the service I just received, never ever anywhere have I experienced such disgraceful service. If management or owners are reading this review, I encourage you to look at your Saturday staff at 230pm, and get rid of them.

    Disgusting. Distasteful. Frankly Disrespectful. I ordered a frozen though the app and was met with dissapointment. To say I was heart broken would be a massive understatement. My poor baby boy Josie opened his frozen and was met with a half drunken frozen coke, which was only half full. THIS Appalling. Disgusting. Degrading behaviour has led to poor Josie to have a breakdown as I wouldn’t let him drink his frozen due to its half emptiness with a straw in when handed out. I am disgusted by this and will be taking this issue to higher authority.

    I don't think they've gotten my order right a single time. It's always slow as hell, missing burger components/ the outside of the burger bun is covered in ketchup, or cold. This isn't hard work but some how the mess it up EVERY SINGLE TIME.

    Very poor customer service via drive through just now! Girl taking the order got two items wrong and at check out I was informed by a very rude young gentleman “that’s what she’s taken down, that’s what you paid for and that’s what you get!” He moved away from the window without a second glance or an opportunity to request and pay for what I actually ordered. Very disappointing McDonalds!

    Every time I go here my chips are half full and the burgers look like they are slapped together by a toddler. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to fill the chips up.

    Service provided by the drive thru team member was appalling. Didn’t even speak to us when we got to the window to pay. The second team member at the food collection window practically threw the bag of food at the car and walked away therefore I had no chance to complain on the spot.

    Simple order, two mistakes - no condiments, and wrong burger. Staff didn't say sorry or anything. Just threw the sauces in to the paper bag. Soviet kind of customer service. Staff def require better management and training. Wrong items in the order happened twice with us at this branch.

    The orders are always wrong missing a burger the frozen coke was half full my daughter missed out on a burger because it was missing always missing items when ordered the workers are foul mouthed and very rude if you complain they become very aggressive especially the manager that was on Thursday 7/12/2023 seeing the reviews and most are under 3 stars makes Want to elsewhere that store would have to be the worst in the bayside not a very good look there blaming menu log the bag was sealed so I don’t think menu log pack the items , the owner needs to seriously look at the reviews because I’m. 100% sure that there are serious issues with the store and the staff he has running it I’ll be emailing head office as this is appalling for the mc Donald’s brand

    Third time ordering. Third time unhappy. Food is cold even though I only ordered 20min before it was delivered. No bacon on Big Mac which was suppose to an extra add on. Fries disgusting. Wish I still lived in Capalaba.

    Stoped by on Saturday afternoon had new Spice burger seemed to be a stock cheese bacon burger with some sweet chilli sauce. It was incredibly dry, bacon was like an old leather belt. Should had returned it but i was in a hurry and the salad n sauce made it bearable. Arrived home cple hours later to find my guts where trashed and the next few days spent on loo. Definitely wouldn't est at the above place again looks very run down.

    I haven’t had McDonald’s in a long time but thought I’d treat myself & hubby tonight….BIG MISTAKE! The girl at the serving window didn’t speak and rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a cup holder then just stood there holding the bag and drinks out expecting me to grab both at once. I reached out with both hands to grab it and told her to learn some customer service! And to top it off, get home to find the burgers were not what I ordered. I’ll stick to the other side of the road and go to Hungry Jacks from now on.

    I ordered 4 things and 22 mins later I got my toasted banana bread ( wasn’t even toasted), an iced chocolate which teenagers stole and ran out with, one hash brown and a ham and cheese toastie. The hot chocolate had no sugar and wasn’t even warm, tasted like straight milk and a teaspoon of hot chocolate power, worst maccas around

    Horrible if i could give a zero I would. I waited for 5 minutes to get our order in a drive through and then waited 10 minutes just to get our food not even on a waiting bay. I expect better service from a toddler.
